I'm mid50s, 5'7" and size 14.

I agree, I tried that coat on in White Stuff yesterday, I did really like it but couldn't justify it at that price.

There's some really lovely pure wool Coats from the Max & Moi MM range on the Tk Maxx website.They normally retail at very high prices.

The COS Trullo bag is in stock in the brown suede right now in case anyone (like me!) has been stalking this bag 😅 I think I’d prefer the small black leather one but haven’t found it in stock anywhere yet!

Brown is my least favourite colour and it’s everywhere this season. I hope it’s short lived, it’s like being back in the 70s.

I just bought a chocolate brown cardigan with an argyle pattern and a pair of wide-leg houndstooth trousers. The shop was having a fabulous sale and I got them for 60% off. I think they will both be wonderful for work and smart casual occasions. Looking forward to wearing them when the weather cools down (not in the UK, it's still quite warm here though today we've had torrential rains).

I love brown. Hides the stains.

Me too, I have two boys so I’m playing a dangerous game if I wear anything light and black can get a bit boring. I’m head to toe brown today 😅
