Yes I do think that it is.. Now I have retired, I quite simply do not need the same sort of things to wear. I left work just a few weeks before the first lock down and consequently its taken some time to grow into the ' new non working me' and the clothes that work in this newish life.
However fuelled partly by an unexpected inheritance and a silly sense of being able to afford it more, so why not? I have rather overdone my Toast obsession in the last couple of years.. I ' gave' myself a generous clothes budget when I received the money (and tore through it a bit fast it seems) ... .. but I really do have to stop now.
Its not the money so much , as yes I was fortunate to be able to treat myself, but when I changed over my summer wardrobe to the winter one, I was really quite ashamed of all I had which hasn't been worn much..
Im not going to get rid of any of it yapart from maybe ebaying a couple of obvious overenthusiastic mistakes- but I just need to stop buying any more! I quite simply do not need anything ( probably for about 5 years🤦♀️)
Trouble is I love reading and looking at everyone's buys and I am weak.....
