So.................it's a week to go.

Is everyone still on board?

I need to step on the scales (in my birthday suit and before breakfast so it's all a constant with my weigh ins)

Need to have a nice long bath.
Epilate
Scrub
Hair and face treatment (I was going to buy something new but I didn't get round to it. I feel "Lush" calling.................)

Then relax a while until it all kicks off

I'm sitting working through the kids selection boxes (preserving their teeth) with a pint of tea. Hairy legs. The footner I was going to use is still in a drawer upstairs unopened. Fingernails are a state. Hair is a mess.... On the upside, I've lost half a stone so my clothes fit better, and I think everything else could be dealt with in a week long blitz. I might have a look over that 5 day thread Helga did a link to in the OP.

Everyone fallen off the wagon , then?
