100 days to go. Do you have your list ready?? Have you decided on your top 3 priorities? (remember you can have less or more and you can swap them around after a certain amount of time if you want)

Ok then...

GO GO GO!

I've done a workout, first time in ages. I did Shred With Weights, forgotten how much I like Jillian Michaels, she is so encouraging I find. Anyway, just got to do all the rest of the stuff now but I'm so pleased with myself I wanted to post!!

Helgathehairy · 21/09/2015 10:24

94 days to go

So I've started drinking water, didn't eat DDs breakfast leftovers and have work out clothes on in the hope it will inspire me to shred!

hairspray congratulations! Hope DD co-operates and let's me do it too. She has little maracas she uses as "weights" and does the exercises with me. Except for the abs section where she just sticks her finger in my belly button!

Ok. Shred done. It was lashing rain so I couldn't put the dog out (and he's miserable if I put him in a separate room) so he was trying to give me belly rubs and lick my armpit during the ab exercises! DD was great, she loves the punching bit!

Painted my nails last night but need a good topcoat. I have seche vite but it just peels off me. Any recomendations?

Good afternoon! Just checking in after a few days; not a brilliant weekend in terms of food (and wine) but I'm back on top of things now.

Went to the salon after work yesterday for gel nails and a facial; I've made an appointment in three weeks to get my nails re-done and also my eyelashes tinted. I find the lashes make a huge difference for me.

My skin is not too bad, and having had the facial I'm keen to not trash it for as long as possible, so I'm going to work on sleep, exercise and water (not coffee) for the next few days...

Helgathehairy · 22/09/2015 21:16

Didn't get my nails done - have a headache and the smell of varnish would make it worse. Did shred though!

Im in need to get my butt in to gear and have been thinking of my 10 things.

  1. 10,000 steps and increase over the weeks to 20,000 by christmas.
  2. 13 weigh ins at sw so would like to lose a stone.
  3. Weekly mani and pedi
  4. Keep up morning and night skin care routine
  5. Drink more water
  6. Face mask once a week
  7. Dry body brush and moisturise after shower/bath
  8. Keep up hair free legs and under arms
  9. Do some of my NVQ weekly instead of a rush before my assessor turns up
10. Get more sleep

92 days to go

DD did not have a good night. Poor little thing was lying there at 1am with eyes open. Sometimes it's like she just can't sleep. I'd tell her close her eyes and she's hold one eye closed with her hand but the other one would still be open! She slept eventually but then I find it hard to get back to sleep.

Exercise fail today but tick to facewashing and water.

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 23/09/2015 17:06

I bought myself some Aldi serum today (for 'mature' skin it says . Well I am 49 yo)

Need to get my hair lopped again and dye before it gets into the aaarggh stage , which happens round week 6.

Bought some BodyShop Pink Grapefruit scrub (DD went into the bathroom and declared there was a gorgeous smell ) and some Soap&Glory Pulp Friction (which is more foamy), so I'm keeping up to date with the exfoliation (but sadly lacking with the body lotion)

Helgathehairy · 23/09/2015 22:29

Sorry maple didn't get my nails done tonight either - tomorrow night I promise!

91 days to go

I'm doing well with my top 3. I'm really glad I came up with the idea because it means I feel like I'm not completely failing.

maple I've seshe vited!! I put it straight on after my second coat. Unfortunately I've already smudged a few nails getting the dog a treat but looking forward to seeing how it holds up.

Need to get back on low carb as well Blush

Helgathehairy · 25/09/2015 14:57

90 days to go

One of my next 3 healthy habits has to be diet related. I've gotten really bad.

maple so day 1 of proper seshe vite and its holding up well. No peeling. I actually did a terrible application job on the nail varnish so I'm not taking a photo but so far so good and I'm not easy on my nails!

Thanks for the advice, haven't really had a good week out of the 3 things have only managed the moisturizing.

Yesterday was ok food wise & am doing well today. Been out with buggy & done a 3 mile walk, fitbit worked out to 7,000 steps don't think will make it to 10,000 steps today but it is a positive start

HairsprayQueen · 25/09/2015 17:26

I've completely fallen off and been so silly the past few days- food and exercise wise. however I've been washing my face very well and a hormonal spot on my chin flared up and went away very quickly so that's good.

So I need to recommit and get this 90 days done to the letter, I could make massive headway towards my goals in 90 days.

Allgunsblazing · 26/09/2015 07:16

I am still struggling with running 3 times a week. In all honesty, something had to give, it's been manic, but why did it have to be looking after me, I ask.
I shall finish my coffee and then go for a run.
Been pretty good about the vitamins, but didn't apply any retinol etc. I managed to cut my nails but I haven't filed them.
right.
