Seeing what others eat really helps me plus gives us all ideas

I seem to stick to same thing

L - tomato soup and a bagel thin with ham and cheese (HEA, HEB)

T - a fishcake (8) with sw chips, peas and pickled onions

S - apple and some quavers (4)

Brunch - 3 x veggies sausages, cheese omelette 1/2 HEXA, grilled tomatoes, peppers and onions, beans, sauce 1

Rest of the day unclear now. Will report back!

Had a yoghurt and fruit since brunch and 2 hi fi salted caramel bars as my HEXB.
I'm going to have a SW chicken carbonara with veg for tea

I'm so tired today no idea why... I'm heading up for an early night in a minute.

L-bacon, a bit of avocado slice of whole meal bread (heb) toast.
D-spaghetti with prawns and chilli
S-raspberries, Greek yogurt and flaked almonds (3)
S and V rice cake (2.5)

Morning! Had a little early weigh this morning and had maintained Angry I've been so good all week so will be really annoyed if tomorrow isn't at least a small loss, although usually after a big loss like I had last week I don't lose much the week after. But really today must not find myself sneaking the odd square of chocolate and yesterday I had quite a lot of salty food so hopefully it's water?!

L - bagel thin with ham and cheese (HEA, HEB)

T - carbonara (HEA for parmesan) with a slice of garlic bread (4.5 syns)

S - apple, cheese (HEA) and a skinny crunch bar (3)

That's a pain about your possible maintain Jingle! Could have a more sp day today with less carbs? I did this yesterday.
I had a cheeky weigh yesterday and have lost a pound but fancied trying for another.
This morning it says 2 off. Not sure whether to believe it or not.
Let's see tmrw...

B - yoghurt 1/2, blueberries, apple, banana
L - boiled eggs, salad,
D - chicken meatballs, pasta, veg sauce, cheese HEXA
Snacks- 2 x hi fi bars HEXB

1 pound off this week. I didn't stick to lower carbs and SP yesterday but 1 is fine my me.
B - eggs on toast and BUTTER ( never have it now!)
L - naked burrito bowl and salad
D - left over pasta veg and meatballs

Had a maintain this week despite being good so I'm a tad disappointed. I'm going to have to be really good next week with 1/3 speed food.

morning, well done @wildthingsinthenight ! I didn't stick to a lower carb day either, tbh I had a carbfest but still came away with 1lb down despite yesterday's maintain.. chuffed either way!

welcome @FiveMoreMinutesPlease this thread is really useful to keep accountable!

B - porridge with banana and salted caramel sauce

L - macaroni pie and tomato sauce

T - lemon chicken meal ready meal from sainsbos and fried rice

rather syntastic lol

I have had two really on plan good days since my weigh in on Wednesday and I had a sneaky peek on the scales this morning and I've gained a pound. I'm furious!
L- dust
D-dust

Only joking but I'm planning on a very lean day to try and shift it.

L-veg omelette
D-sea bass with chilli, ginger garlic and pak choi.

oh no @troppibambini6 that's so annoying, try not to put too much focus on it though! I weighed yesterday and was absolutely furious with a maintain but didn't do anything different food wise and this morning was 1lb down Confused seems to really depend on the day, I see why they say you should always weigh on the same day at the same time!

On a more positive note I've just finished homeschool!!!! Secondary dd got the all clear on her lateral flow test.
So all four of them will be going to school on Monday!!!! Whoop whoop!!

I have had family stresses ( mum and sister) today and have eaten badly because I'm fed up. White toast and butter and chocolate!
Also it is my dad's 80th tmrw and we are having pizza and cake with him.
Help!

Bloody hell I have no idea what happened this weekend but I can safely say I fell off the wagon big time.
A sneak peek on the scales this morning shows a gain that I would expect from a weeks holiday at an all inclusive Grin
Oh well I'm on it today

L- bacon egg mushrooms and spinach
D-roast chicken dinner
