I find it helps to see what people eat and how they use their a and b and syns

Morning, thanks for the new thread @Blondeshavemorefun 

@wildthingsinthenight just enjoy your day today and don't worry too much about the extra treats, birthdays are to be enjoyed!

B - a hot cross bun (9)

L - tomato soup and a half chicken sandwich (HEB)

T - an indian, chicken dhansak, coconut rice and a corner of a naan (probably more like 3/4 of the naan because DM and me always share and she never touches it)

S - birthday cake

going to get right back on it tomorrow!

B shredded wheat with skimmed milk and pear A&B

L chicken breast with jacket potato, carrots and broccoli (4 syns for butter). Also a Muller bliss for 5 syns but they’re so creamy and delicious

D stir fry of chicken, carrots, broccoli, baby corn and sugar snap peas with rice and soy sauce. Followed by a hifi bar for 3 syns

I currently get 25 syns per day which is why I don’t mind spending a few on butter with my potato

@MadeOfStarStuff I use syns for butter and sauces too, it's what they're there for Grin

yesterday I didn't bother to count anything, had a slice of cherry cake for breakfast, a chicken mayo sandwich and crisps for lunch and macaroni cheese for tea.. I did have salad with tea though so that makes it ok.

today -

L - bagel thin with ham and mozzarella (HEB, HEA) and some salt and vinegar quavers (4 syns)

T - yellow thai cod curry with rice (HEA for coconut milk) it's a simply cook box but going to allow 3 syns as well because usually thai curry pastes frrom a jar are about 3 syns a portion

S - a scoop of soft serve ice cream (3.5 syns) with strawberries and raspberries and a wee bit of salted caramel sauce (1.5 syns)

D- slimming world burger, wholemeal roll B cheese A home made wedges, salad
S- crisps 3.5 small Mars bar 4 babybel x 2 for my other A

Bad weekend fell off wagon big style.

Yesterday I had

B Shredded wheat with skimmed milk and a pear (HEA&B)
L chicken, pepper, seeetcorn and cous cous (1 syn) and a hifi bar (3 syns)
D omelette with ham and baby sweetcorn, plus cucumber and feta (HEA)
S quavers (4.5) and jelly babies (12)

How exciting jingle! A lovely new start for you.

I've had to go back to the dentist as a bit more wisdom tooth fell out and was causing so much pain He has put me a temporary filling in and I feel like a new womanGrin just need the bloody thing out now.

I was super good yesterday to try and shift my 4lb weekend gain and it worked I have now maintained which I was amazed at! I'm back to weigh in on Wednesday morning now the kids are back. I would love to lose 1 more for tomorrow but I'm not holding my breath.

L-bacon mushrooms, egg, spinach and slice of toast (heb)
Banana
D-chicken and orzo

Thank you! It's very very similar to the one I linked, exactly the same layout and size but a few streets over - so excited!

L - spicy butternut squash soup (HEA coconut milk) with a wholemeal pitta and a small amount of cheese and onion sandwich filler (HEB, 2 syns)

T - chilli and rice with cheese (HEA) and maybe just a few doritos (will say 6 syns to be safe)

S - quavers (4) and a fibre one birthday cake slice (3.5)

Well I maintained which is fine after my horrific weekend.

L- ham, eggs slice of toast
D-steak, salad, padron peppers and corn on the cob.
