Seeing what others eat really helps me plus gives us all ideas

I seem to stick to same thing

maybe I should try the chicken sausages too, I've only ever tried the heck italia ones and didn't like them but it was because they had a tomatoey herby taste which didn't really go well with my breakfast vibe 😂 usually i just go linda mccartney veggie ones

omg the gyros were so good, not the most beautifully presented plate but was yum totally worth the 11.5 syns 🐷 could have escaped 9.5 of them though using a wholemeal pitta of course!

And yes try them. They are yummy

Before I would have lm rosemary frozen sausages as begrudge using syns on sausages

But

They are lovely and worth syns

this was the ingredients for the gyros and you marinated the thighs in everything for a couple of hours then stacked on top of a tattie with skewers in and put in the oven for 1.5hours at 180, it was really good!

today i'm on -

L - bacon and hash brown roll again (HEB plus 5 syns for butter, hash browns and tomato sauce)

T - roast chicken with roasties, veg, gravy (2 syns) and a couple of yorkies (5 syns)

S - handful or 3 of salted popcorn while watching a film 🍿

Been awol as the fatigue nausea and hunger have all started kicking in so I've been bad Friday and Saturday - highlights were cheese toastie, chips and quorn nuggets for dinner on Friday and pizza and chips takeaway on Saturday 😈 I did have healthy lunches but it all would go downhill after that and id snack and want junk teas

I've tried to reign it in today and will do the same tomorrow but not putting too much pressure on myself!

L - jacket potato with cheese and beans with salad (a)

D - mayflower curry with salt and pepper chips and egg fried rice (4ish)

I've had some of my OHs and DSS maccies fries whilst waiting for my jacket to cook and then a cheese string so I'm probably at my syns for the day for sure 🤷🏼‍♀️🧐 BUT I said no to maccies when they both had it so I mean..... 🏆

Been for a big walk so hit my exercise goals for the day too at least

Blondi sorry you are feeling crap sounds like you are doing the right thing though not putting pressure on yourself and just going with the flow...

I've felt off all day (probably down to the mountain of shite I ate yesterday) so not ate huge amounts today

Monday again, really not in the mood today to do anything diet - or anything at all actually. Found out exDP was on dating sites 2 days after we split up and it really upset me for no real reason other than it makes me feel shitty because I'm still trying (and obviously failing!) to move on from him. So feeling a bit worthless today Sad but eating crap won't help and it'll just make me feel worse tomorrow! So..

L - leftover chicken gyro in a wholemeal pitta with a bit of tzatziki (HEB, 1/2 syn) and a beef and tomato cuppa soup (4 syns)

T - beef and ricotta meatballs in a tomato sauce with pasta (2 syns) from the new take 5 book, I also have some mozzarella pearls to use so will have them with it, app says they're syns but I'm counting as HEA

S - apple, pear and a bit of cheddar (HEA)

Will away and take my self-pity party somewhere else now Blush hope you're all having a good day!

Blondes while I'm partial to a tangy Tom these were tomato snaps from Aldi, ok for 3 syns a bit bland but scratched that crispy itch.

Yesterday was

B - fruit & muller light (0.5)
L - Heinz veg soup (2) with 3 slices of kingsmill no crust bread (b) topped with melted cheddar (a) and red onion
D - bubble & squeak with leftovers from roast yesterday and some ham

S - in the evening after I'd been to running club I had a muller light chocolate fix pot (5) and some strawberries

6 weeks today - weigh in is a horrific +3 😂😂😂

I mean I am not surprised because my eating has been awful more or less since Thursday!!

I'm trying hard not to worry too much about it but I want to gain healthy pregnancy weight not just keeping adding unnecessary lbs from eating too much.

It's been a rough week I've had some nausea and hunger but also comfort ate with everything happening at work etc. Hoping for a better week ahead! Need to sit and plan my food.

@Bl0ndi3 it could have been worse! go easy on yourself, it's hard to follow a diet if you can only stomach certain foods and a bit of comfort food never hurt anyone Grin except my waistline..

L - a schar ciabatta (HEB) with mozzarella (HEA) and chorizo (1.5 syns) and sweet chilli sauce (1 syn) - the best kind of sandwich can't recommend the combo enough Grin DM also has a pot of mince and tattie soup on which am really not convinced about but might try a wee bit in a cup..

T - beef and broccoli stir fry (syns for brown sugar will call it 2 to be safe) and carrot rice

S - apple and passion fruit with a slice of ched (HEA)

Doing quite well at the moment but thought I would come here for extra support.

Took ds to university for the first time and fasted all day.
Went to Wagamamas and had sirloin steak ramen and no idea of syns.

Ah Flowers for you @Collision I'm sure he'll get on great! I wouldn't have thought there'd be much syns in your tea, sirloin is very low fat and if I'm not mistaken the chicken ramen is around 13 syns so would've thought yours would be around the same!

L - more mince and tattie soup (it was actually delicious) and a spicy chicken and cheese toastie with some spicy mayo (HEA, HEB, 2 syns) which I know is an odd combo but the chicken goes out of date today and the soup won't last until tomorrow, waste not want not and all that Grin

T - morrisons samon, smoked cod and haddock melt in the middle fishcake (2 syns) with SW chips, mushy peas and tomato sauce (1/2 syn)

S - apple pear and some cheddar (HEA)

Weather didn’t hold up but managed quick play with friends at the park and early lunch

Did have the worst annoying wasp who just wouidnt bugger off !!!!

I hit him with the picnic box lid - made a resounding whack !!!

B- cup of tea with milk from HEA
L - wholemeal toast x2 (HEB) with tuna, mushrooms and grilled cheese (HEA) Raspberry Skyr (0.5)
D - its a messy day today as both my boys have activities in different places at different times this evening so probably going to be ready meals all round. I've got a fish thing - haven't checked the syns yet but its only 335 calories.
Snacks - orange and small banana.
