OP posts:
wildthingsinthenight · 19/02/2021 10:08

Not too bad then Jingle and that's great news Blondes!
I've lost a pound this morning so that's 1 stone since 4th Jan.
I'm pleased with the pound because I was so fed up with my food yesterday I think if I'd maintain today I'd have jacked it in!

Also I haven't actually set a target weight. Has anyone else? I can't decide

JingleAndTonic · 19/02/2021 13:35

well done @Blondeshavemorefun back on track! Agree SW is weird at times, I think the syns can be a bit offputting as if something is really high in syns we think oh no day ruined but if there's no free food in it then thats the reason rather than it being high calorie if that makes sense.

Brilliant @wildthingsinthenight well done, that first stone is just the best feeling!

I'm going to try and get lots of steps in this weekend to mitigate any over snacking, there's a house round the road I really like the look of so DM has suggested we walk round for a look at the area/how the sun hits the garden and things. Problem is it's £45k over my price range but it's been on the market over a year so I'm thinking there might be room for negotiation.. who knows lol

wildthingsinthenight · 19/02/2021 13:43

Ooh that's exciting Jingle

Blondeshavemorefun · 19/02/2021 14:49

Def haggle. A year is a long time

Do you want to live that close to mum ?

Do uou have a link ? I love house hunting

FuckingFabulous · 19/02/2021 15:02

Doing keto.

Today I've had two coffees with cream and a sausage. Lasagne for dinner tonight but mine will be made with aubergine, not pasta.

wildthingsinthenight · 19/02/2021 16:21

Hi FuckingFabulous
This is a slimming world thread not keto I'm afraid. There are low carb and keto threads on MN though.
Good luck with it!

troppibambini6 · 19/02/2021 17:23

Jingle how exciting! I'm another one who loves nosying at houses! I'm on right move most nights although we have no plans to move.

Well done blondes and wildthings on your lb!!

I calorie count alongside sw for exactly the same reason, I can't cope with eating something, going over syns then eating everything bad that exists in the whole world...Grin

L-bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, eggs and a small slice of sourdough (heb kind of)
Strawberries, fat free Greek yogurt and teaspoon of chopped hazelnuts (2)
S- small slice of eggy sourdough
D-chicken shashlik, salad and a spoonful of boiled rice

Day 5 of no sugar. It's definitely easier today, I weighed this morning (not official weigh day that's Tuesdays) since Monday I've lost 5lbs.
Just goes to show what an arse I am with sugar!

JingleAndTonic · 19/02/2021 17:34

hopefully my link works! i say it's round the road but it would be a 20 minute walk from DM, it's a small place so everything is round the road Grin i used to live in aberdeen but felt really detached from friends and family as they all live here, my office is here too so it makes the most sense. i love a good nose at the houses too even before me and exDP were planning a move i would check most days

5lbs off @troppibambini6 that's incredible!! you could be half a stone by official weigh day!

Blondeshavemorefun · 19/02/2021 17:55

Wow @troppibambini6 at 5lbs

@JingleAndTonic it is lovely but bloody hell so cheap !!

That would be lesst £350k here if not bit more

Love the floor plan. Flows well and lots of space and downstairs loo

L- bacon mushroom eggs and a slice of sourdough
Ff Greek yogurt with mango and chopped hazelnuts (2)
Small slice of sour dough (4) with peanut butter (3) and banana
D- some kind of takeaway not sure yet couple of glasses of wine

Hoping the wine doesn't cock up the no sugar thing but I'm not not having the occasional glass of wine.

Ok day but will prob end up over syns because of takeaway and wine.

wildthingsinthenight · 20/02/2021 19:51

Enjoy your wine I say troppi
I might be over syns too today Confused
I changed my dinner to morrisons melt in the middle fishcakes with salad and rice.
Already had 11.5 syns as I had two fishcakes...

JingleAndTonic · 20/02/2021 20:11

i'm sure the wine will be fine! you can have it on keto which is low sugar so it can't be that bad Wine

i counted cals instead of sw today to be a bit more lenient but thought i'd still come on and document

B - porridge made with coconut milk and topped with desiccated coconut, banana and a few squares of white choc

L - cheese and onion sandwich with quavers

T - lasagne with 2 slices of garlic bread and salad (and a few slices of prosciutto with mozzarella pearls as a starter)

D - one scoop of ice cream with a shot of coffee and an amaretti biscuit, yum

wildthingsinthenight · 21/02/2021 00:05

wildthingsinthenight · 21/02/2021 11:40

troppi I've had to knock wine on the head for a while after a bit of overindulgence last Friday and 2 day hangover!

Brunch - 2 x toast HEXB, beans, 1 poached egg, 2 x linda Mc sausages, tomatoes

D - probably chicken curry

I went over syns yesterday as I had a cadburys caramel. Very nice it was tooGrin

troppibambini6 · 21/02/2021 11:59

Wildthing it's awful isn't it?!!!
I'm feeling better now after a couple of ibuprofen and lots of water. I used to be able to drink loads and feel pretty ok but not a chance now, I only had three glasses (fairly big ones to be honest).

Kids are all being good today though so that's one good thing!

wildthingsinthenight · 21/02/2021 12:02

In my case it's my age troppi!!
