wine is just the devil isn't it, I have such a love-hate relationship with it! I put myself off it at xmas when I drank too much and was sick but I'm coming round to the idea of drinking it again now, really fancy one of those fruity echo falls types on a nice sunny day Wine and we'll all be skinny minnies by then Wink

L - same as yesterday a cheese and onion sandwich with some crisps (HEA, HEB, 6.5 syns)

T - chicken dipped in bbq sauce then coated in breadcrumbs (3 syns, saw the idea on Instagram no idea if it'll work or not!) with chips, salad and coleslaw (2)

S - some full fat yoghurt, not sure on syns as it was from a big pot and don't have the app but as far as things you can syn go I think it's one of the healthier choices! might have also had a handful or two of crisps from the sharebag that was on the go

wildthingsinthenight · 21/02/2021 17:29

I've had a fruit scone with cherry jam!! Angry
I'm quite fed up today and just can't be bothered to think about syns.
I'll try and have chicken pasta and veg for tea and have a fresh start tmrw

JingleAndTonic · 21/02/2021 20:27

oops forgot to say well done @TantrumsAndBalloons !

@wildthingsinthenight just write it off, a wee scone won't hurt

B - overnight chocolate weetabix with yoghurt and fruit

My breakfast was horrible and I had to drizzle on a teaspoon of melted biscoff spread to get it down. It was like babyhood Hmm
Got extremely wet on my walk but I'm glad I went

ooh spicy pork bolognese sounds good!

Thai red cod sounds amazing jingle I’m defo going to try that next week

JingleAndTonic · 22/02/2021 16:19

it's a fab meal, was inspired by the malaysian fish curry from the new pinch of nom book and think we've had it every week this year because we love it Grin so easy for during the week, only takes 20 mins

feeling so positive today, the fine weather we're getting is making me think spring is well on its way, we actually have a meal plan for this week so no temptations of quick easy high syn stodge (nothing wrong with that but we've had so much recently with the dull weather neither DM or me have felt like cooking and DF can't cook to save his life)

and my mortgage advisor came back with a recalculation of what I can afford so that house I like is only 10k over my budget now so it feels almost within reach? think I'll arrange a viewing! sorry a bit of a derailment, I don't want to go and tell people who know me in case it doesn't happen but it's so nice to actually tell someone Grin

wildthingsinthenight · 22/02/2021 19:45

Great news Jingle!
Really positive

wildthingsinthenight · 23/02/2021 07:49

Morning!
Plan today is
B - poached eggs on toast HEXB with beans
L - jacket potato, tuna and salad
D - 2 x SW burgers, onions, cheese HEXA Frilite wedges, salad
Snacks - skinny crunch, meringue nest with yoghurt and fruit

I like those packet savoury rices for lunch with salad and a protein. Quick easy and low syns. When I was doing my meal plan for the week on Sunday I checked the calories for some reason. Quite a lot compared to a med jacket potato which is just 93! Think I'll be having more potatoes and wedges this week to see if it makes a difference to my weight loss

TantrumsAndBalloons · 23/02/2021 08:29

Morning all
Plan for today
B- porridge and fruit a and b
L jacket potato, tuna, salad 1 syn for Mayo
D- sweet and sour chicken noodles 0.5 Syns

Ha yesterday's motivation is gone now the weather is back to miserable! But we have Nicola's update today so hopefully she has some good news for Scotland.

L - leftover lasagne and a ww wrap made into garlic bread (HEA, HEB not going to syn for the cornflour because the amount in the serving will be tiny)

T - slimming eats butternut squash macaroni cheese (HEA) with brown sauce (1/2 syn)

S - apple, muller light, skinny whip (5)

Oh blondes I'm sorry that's really shitSad

Jingle definitely go and view it's lovely and sounds like a fabulous new start.
I hope you get good news for Scotland later.

I'm very relieved kids are going back. It's been quite ahem challenging trying support and homeschool 4 kids of different ages.
We haven't seen much of the oldest two who don't live at home and they are dealing with some really hard family stuff at the moment and I wish I could see them Sad

Blondeshavemorefun · 23/02/2021 13:41

@troppibambini6 can’t uou meet them for a walk /coffee on bench

OP posts:
JingleAndTonic · 23/02/2021 14:32

aw no @Blondeshavemorefun ffs this virus is shit, are you going to reschedule or just go for it then have a big party later?

@troppibambini6 that's rough, hopefully you'll be able to all be together soon, sooner than in bloody Scotland anyway!

we are in tier four until the end of April so no pubs, restaurants, hairdressers and outdoor only socialising with one other household so we will have to watch England get back to normal while we stay locked up 😩 soul destroying

Blondeshavemorefun · 23/02/2021 14:43

We will get married this year

Was happy with 15

But venue can’t eat /do wedding outside and have to eat to have a drink or can’t

Bloody stupid restrictions

Think ours is from end of March then April 12 rings a bell but not dur3 why

Hone,on is off again as no international travel till think least may 17 and we fly 10

So have to wait for refund or move flights

At this rate we will be having honeymoon before wedding

Tho we also have toddler blondes so totally wrong order 😂
