Blondes we have seen them but dsd is a key worker and dss is working long hours at the mo in a take away coffee/ food place because his new job fell through so they aren't really coming over at the mo for those reasons as well as Covid.
Because we are a big family we tend to draw attention when we all go out together and I do t think the other kids who forgive me if they didn't get to come too Grin

no I don't have breakfast through the week, never have done since I was at school as favoured the extra 15 minutes in bed over having breakfast Grin I'll have it on Fridays as I have more time and also it's a treat to have something I wouldn't usually like peanut butter on toast since Friday is weigh day!

I have a larger snack in the afternoon so it's like my third meal Smile

wildthingsinthenight · 24/02/2021 12:22

I never ate breakfast when I worked and don't like anything too early even now.
Not before 10 anyway.
But like a breakfast on SW!

wildthingsinthenight · 24/02/2021 16:53

I have that dreaded situation here where I don't fancy what I planned for tea ugh!
This is where I could go rogue Confused

wildthingsinthenight · 25/02/2021 11:12

I had it but added quorn nuggets too!

I weighed this morning and have lost another pound. Supposed to be tmrw but I might call today my weigh day this week as I am now in bed illHmm
When I get up I'm going to make some nice toast and jam which will not be on plan and I won't be able to have loads of speed either today.
Will see what happens.
Happy to be in the 11's when I started at 13!

L- omelette with mushrooms, tomatoes and bacon
D- curry takeaway but I'm planning to be good

Gorgeous day here so off for a long walk with the smallest three and my mum.

wildthingsinthenight · 25/02/2021 15:07

That's great dropping into the next stone troppi! I was thrilled that I had done the same this morning Smile

JingleAndTonic · 25/02/2021 19:29

well done @troppibambini6 and @wildthingsinthenight always so satisfying seeing that lower number on the scale!

my tea changed, had a birdseye chicken fillet (7.5) with rice and a "katsu" sauce made using a bit of leftover butternut squash soup and a teaspoon of Mayflower curry (2 syns) was actually quite good lol

wildthingsinthenight · 26/02/2021 07:25

Tea sounds great troppi

Plan today

B - all bran golden crunch, raspberries, blueberries
L - prawn salad
D - 3% fat sausages, sw chips, beans, egg * no speed but that might change)

Snacks - I ordered some Mallow and Marsh salted caramel bars from Amazon and they are amazing 4 syns each

JingleAndTonic · 26/02/2021 08:48

Morning, Friday at last, this has felt like such a long week! 2lbs down for me, finally got my xmas gain off Blush 4lbs until the next stone so would really like to get that by the end of March!

B - toast with peanut butter and salted caramel sauce, was delicious, not going to count syns or HEB for it as it'll be my treat meal!

L - egg mayo sandwich (HEB, 1 syn) with some quavers (4) and an apple

T - fish and chips (4 syns for breadcrumbs) and some mushy peas

S - probably a couple of biscuits as usual for a Friday!

wildthingsinthenight · 26/02/2021 09:42

OP posts:
wildthingsinthenight · 26/02/2021 19:17

Tantrums that's a brilliant loss!

My dinner changed to prawn Mayflower curry with onions mushrooms and peas, rice and veg on the side.
It was lovely.

troppibambini6 · 27/02/2021 14:35

Well done blondes and tantrums!! Fab losses.
Tantrums it's such a good felling when you drop into the next stone isn't it?!
L- three sausages (1.5)
Raspberries and ff yogurt with flaked almonds (2)
D- Shepard's pie.

Well I'm cooking Shepard's pie but dh asked if I fancied a takeaway from an amazing Japanese place near us, I said no but now I'm wavering.....

Weather is gorgeous here and dh has taken the two youngest to the park to play football with two friends (I know, I know, we shouldn't but in a week they will be back in a classroom with both these boys) and the older two are baking all sorts of lovely goodies!
