Ads covering whole page.

I've attached a picture.
The advert comes up, covers the whole page and you have to click off the page to remove it.
I've had to go off this page three times to write this.
The adverts like the coop one that cover most of the page are annoying but this advert makes the site unusable.

I've got this too - right now, in fact! I can't even see what I'm typing. I can see 'Scalable' and 'execution lookslike innsction'. It needs removing fast.

Yes - experiencing the same and as you say it isn't annoying, it literally makes the site unusable.

Typos due to whole page being covered by ad. It keeps appearing and makes the site unusable.

There was a post the other day about this, offending apps still not been removed it seems! If you have a smart phone download the app, its more usable. The website is no longer fit for purpose.

Yup. Have to close the page - no other way to close it as it's oversized and no X option.

Tbh MNHQ, with all the flipping videos ads blocking the screen, this site is becoming a real scam site. It looks as badly rendered and as unworkable the old pop ups from 20 years ago.

Yep I had this, had to uninstall and reinstall Mumsnet, now have the new site which has lost lots of functions. I have complained!

This morning I have one which takes up the whole page and seems to scroll through pages. Can't even see what it is for. I've ended up using a blocking browser. It's ridiculous to have adverts that stop any meaningful use of the site. If you want to force everyone to pay you'll just lose input from thousands and diminish any revenue for advertisers. I've bought more things due to member recommendations on threads than from any advertising on the site.Thoroughly hacked off with the banner ads across the top of the page too - wouldn't be so bad if they didn't scroll in a distracting way.

Having this problem on every thread I try to read since last night. Posted about it on another thread but the screenshot wouldn't load so I deleted my post. On my android phone's browser.

Came here to report the same thing. Whatever this ad is has made me give up and go to a different site. I can't even see what the ad is for and it covers the whole screen.
They clearly didn't check how it would look on a smart phone!

Same here. Something about execution (?) wins and supply chains. I keep having to close the site and re-open it - it’s unbearable!

Same problem. Android/Chrome. The ad doesn't even work as an ad because its so huge you can only see a snippet of it.
