She delivered her baby at 28 weeks-ish ... I can't find her thread to see how her and baby are doing :( I posted on it, but can't see it in 'im on' and when I do a search it looks like it might have been deleted?

Can't stop thinking about this lady bless her! Can anyone help?

All we know is mumsnethq thought she was a troll no actual proof from what I can see? Just feel terrible if this is her that we all disbelieved her at a time of need

Drivinghomeforchristmasornot · 29/07/2015 23:16

She did say she was going to be on obem didn't she? Sad

StillinShockAhhhhhhh · 29/07/2015 23:17

I think so its really hard to recalls it was December maybe some one from mumsnethq could recall?

HerRoyalNotness · 29/07/2015 23:21

Iirc o think she named him James Peter? Could be misremembering though.

MsCoconut · 29/07/2015 23:28

I'm pretty certain it was Ollie James.

I was thinking that name before it flashed up on OBEM just now.

So sad. Sad

StillinShockAhhhhhhh · 29/07/2015 23:29

This is horrendous :( poor couple!!!!

HerRoyalNotness · 29/07/2015 23:32

ollie that is it! Is it the same couple then?

StillinShockAhhhhhhh · 29/07/2015 23:34

From what I can remember I would lay money on it being her Sad

snarferson · 29/07/2015 23:48

That's so terrible if it was her and she was branded a troll. Poor couple Sad

StillinShockAhhhhhhh · 29/07/2015 23:56

:( this whole thread must have made her feel terrible

seaoflove · 29/07/2015 23:59

I heard about tonight's episode but didn't see it.

So everything was true after all? That is so sad on both levels.

StillinShockAhhhhhhh · 30/07/2015 00:02

She appears quite young in mind which may be why her thread was considered a troll? However I can't help but feel that this is the kind of issue mumsnet is for and that this poor girl was rejected by us :(

If this couple on one born is them then I can't see in what way she was deceptive, is it not possible that they may have made a mistake?

HerRoyalNotness · 30/07/2015 00:09

Think she was young in age too, and I thought Ollie was her first?

I cant see the show as am abroad, is it s8ep2? Was she in hospital a few hrs from home and the dad couldn't visit much?

She was brave to tell her story on OBEM. I don't recall any other unhappy endings being shown there.

and I'm silently hoping that she didn't see this thread

StillinShockAhhhhhhh · 30/07/2015 00:11

Yes she was :( the show was in Liverpool women's hospital can't remember where they said she lived x she was 18 boyfriend was 19 and Ollie was their first baby

StillinShockAhhhhhhh · 30/07/2015 00:17

She said the baby's dad visited once a week by train as he lives far away in Anglesey :(

Dinosaursdontgrowontrees · 30/07/2015 00:17

Baby on that thread was 100% called Ollie. She did say on the thread she was going to be on obem. I don't watch obem, I'm far too emotional but I'm assuming from this thead the outcome of the baby on the show wasn't good. Whether it was them or not my heart goes out the the obem couple.

StillinShockAhhhhhhh · 30/07/2015 00:20

:( so sad if this was her

HerRoyalNotness · 30/07/2015 00:24

Indeed

But MNHQ can trace name changes and link up info that we can't. Maybe the poster was a friend of a friend of the couple and was posting as if it were her. Who knows?

We reacted in 'good faith' to a thread that was pulled as not being genuine

DueInFebruary · 30/07/2015 09:14

Hopefully mnhq can shed some light on what happened?
