Anything you ever wanted to know about Swingers clubs/parties but were afraid to ask? And yes I know there is an mn Sex topic but its full of hairy handed trolls.

Well that’s brightened up my evening in front of some rubbish film! I’d love to know what happens! Is it all gorgeous people in a beautiful house with log fires and champagne?

Does it smell a bit nasty?

How do you find out about them? The clubs I mean?

Do the ugly people still get a shag?

Why did you want to?

@MrsSkylarWhite I had a friend who was a swinger and who was always going away for weekend "parties" so it peaked my curiousity.

Do people offer up their own houses? Who has to clean up all those bodily fluids after?

@Cleanbedlinen12. I have been to three different clubs and I would say the demograhic is definately middle aged folk. Mostly couples.

@Mermaideyes. Some folk do host parties in their own homes. The only party I went to was in a rented very swish apartment.

Is it as vanilla as reported? I'm thinking lots of bored middle aged people having the same sex they'd have at home just with people other than their spouses.

@Handsnotwands one club I went to had a problem with the drains from the hot tub so the changing rooms stunk of old swiming baths!
Another club has a no Anal rule and signs up saying so after too many eh...iccidents.

@Saskiarembrandt I wouldnt say vanilla no. You can just go in a private room but there are also group rooms, at one club a stage and folk can watch, rooms with two way mirrors. Glory holes etc.

@Thevolturi In my experience yes plenty of folk who I personally wouldnt find attractive get a shag. For example on a greedy girls night an unattractive guy is more likely to get lucky as its just a case of making up the numbers. So to speak.

What would you do if you saw someone you knew at one?

Apart from the group room it does sound quite vanilla. I'm not knocking it, if you enjoy it, that's great.

Another question: I know you said a friend got you interested, but why? What attracted you to this in particular?

In my mind it’s middle aged people in slightly stale relationships trying to spice things up! I’m sure it’s not true but that’s how I see them
