I'm interested. Don't understand why anyone would come on to derail. I saw a Louis Theroux episode where he went to a sex party. It did look pretty much how you would expect. Do you have sex with randomers then op? Do you enjoy it? I think I'd struggle tbh.

@okeydokey I have had good sex at a club, ok sex and on one occasion bad sex. I generally either go with someone I already know or arrange to meet a friend there. I have only on one occasion had sex with a random guy I just met that night.

Have you seen any scabby looking genitalia or crabs at these events? And obviously you can still catch std's with condoms...so do people just not give a fuck?

i know a lady who is 27 stone and a swinger. I asked her once about it and she basically said weight didn't matter when it was "free". Interesting perspective..

@Lorw there are always condoms/lube in the rooms but lots of people bring their own. Some folk will have sex with no protection. One club hosts a sexual health clinic once a month where folk can get tested.

My toddler has a Fisher Price pineapple toy that sings "it's a party, a pineapple party". I'll forever look at it differently after this thread!

I was invited to a Killing Kittens event many moons ago by the organiser. He said I "looked the type" LOL what a cheek! I wonder if KK is still on... I'd be tempted nowadays tbh

Randomly I ended up on weekly Zoom calls with the KK owner throughout the first lockdown. About 12-15 of us each week...

I remember that. It was clear that the party he went to was being "hosted" by a husband and wife but the husband was the driving force behind it. I remember very clearly that the husband was trying to persuade a much younger woman to let him use his....what to call it?....penis helmet?....on her, while his wife had her nighty on and was going to bed. I seem to recall that LT picked up on that dynamic too, that she was doing it to keep her marriage going rather than because she enjoyed it.

@Ficti do folk who have one night stands or use other hook up sites not worry about sti? Of course there are risks. I use condoms and I get tested three times a year.

And recalling more, the "date" that LT had to take to the party was creeped out by the husband too.

That's actually happened to me! We've only been to one, there's a fabulous venue in Devon that hosts parties once a month and we finally got round to going. You have to book, and guests are vetted. We were early and 2nd person through the door was a former colleague that I had been friendly with but is not at all my type. We chatted then went separate ways but when he started bringing it up on FB messages in the real world I just said "look, that was a different thing, a different me and I'd rather not discuss it" and to be fair, he took that well and it's never been mentioned again.

Been there, done that…. Mind you, it was in France. It was really nice. Very different aged couples. Strangely classy. I met a very handsome man called Sebastien and two other beautiful women that I remember. A gorgeous young couple approached us later in Bordeaux and said:” we watched you making love, you are a beautiful couple”. It was all pretty exotic actually….My experience was not sleazy, sweaty etc. It was pretty far out really. I’m glad to have had the experience.
