Blowjobs...how often do you do it?

Curious to know what the 'normal' is in terms of frequency of giving blowjobs, and if you actually enjoy giving them??

For me, im not a big fan of giving them, but more out of laziness than anything else. Dp usually gets one when im on my period, although some months if its a bit heavier then my cramps are worse and i dont want to. So he maybe gets one every couple of months.

He would never say anything, but given how grateful and happy he seems when he does get one, i imagine he would like this to be more frequent.

Curious to know whether i am being lazy or whether its an acceptable amount? 😂

My boyfriend told me when we got together that bjs don't make him come. So of course I set out to change that (and was successful). He likes them now but has a lower sex drive than I do. We usually have sex about once a week and a bj is incorporated as foreplay. If we have a phase of more frequent sex, I will do bjs as a standalone thing as well, I just don't want to waste his sex drive on one and then not have sex for a week or longer!

Years, like many years ago, when I could have up to three erections and ejaculations a session, a BJ or handjob to ejaculation as part of foreplay would be great and make me last longer when it came to PIV. These days I would need a couple of hours to recover! Ageing is a bugger! So now DW will give me BJ or handjobs as stand alone treat a couple of times a week.

I couldn’t put a number on it, but it’s very frequent as part of foreplay and stand alone. DH is a big fan and so am I, to be honest it’s one of my favourite things to do. I love it as an ending to a sex session.

Me and my late DH didn’t like giving oral but both liked receiving so we came to a compromise of not indulging in it at all and that stuck for a few decades.

@damnthatanxiety - Being a woman of a certain age who has enjoyed life, I can confirm that people are very different in terms of texture and taste. Diet makes a huge difference. (His) regular consuption of strawberries, pineapple juice, kiwi, melon and cucumber will make things quite different.

Also, your taste buds are largely at the front, so you may prefer to take the head further towards the back, but within your own comfort zone, sex should not be an endurance test after all.

I hate receiving oral sex though. My husband is very good but I just can’t relax and enjoy it. Would really just rather not.
