Bedsheets and sex

I'm currently enjoying a new relationship, and we're having a lot of sex 🙂... every night we're together. I've not had that for a very long time!

Do those of you lucky enough to be in my position change your bedsheets every night (like I currently do), or put up with a "wet patch" and crusty sheets the next evening, or do something different (I used to put a towel down in my last relationship but sex was more planned then - now it's spontaneous and stopping to go get a towel kinda breaks the mood!)

I've only got two sheets and with work and other pressures, one of these days I'm. It going to have a clean sheet to put on! I may have to buy more! I can't be the only one with this dilemma.

For me it depends on how badly the sheets need done... but then we've no tumble dryer so if I had to wash full bedding every night I'd never keep control of the general laundry! So truthfully I'd probably go with it until I felt they really needed it. Or I'd wash just the sheet and leave the rest of the bedding until they really needed done? And just buy an extra sheet so you've got one for the bed, one for the wash and a spare? How often are you seeing them in a week?

I only wash the sheet itself, not everything - our sex isn't so wild that it gets on the pillowcases 😂

Top and tail the bottom sheet, no need to wash it every day

We have sex most nights, live together, I change the sheets once a week. I mean yes We get the odd wet patch but 🤷🏻‍♀️ I wouldn’t be changing them every day, no way.

I would change the bed. Dribbles abd leaks affect the duvet too, plus 2 sweaty bodies, pillows sweaty and musty.
My DC would want to climb into my bed, Id hate their bare feet or hands touch sexual liquids. The room will smell of semen and bum if the bedding isn't changed and room aired. One solution is sex in the bathroom or a large towel on chair or standing up quicky.

Mop up the main liquid immediately afterwards. Then it's not just left to go crusty.

New relationship- hopefully using condoms?

Have you considered sex on the dining table?

Sex on the kitchen worktops is so much easier to wipe up. I'd recommend that.

Other than that, a weekly change is fine right? Unless there's a night he isn't staying over in which case I'd put fresh on for me.

What does he do about his own sheets?

You should change the sheets when they start to get crunchy.
