Would you be suspicious if a phone pinged in the glove compartment of your DH's car and it turned out to belong to a woman you don't know?

I found a 2nd phone before. It was locked so I put the sim I'm my phone, as I could unlock my own phone, and could see info that was stored on the phone.

Only possible innocent explanation is that a woman he gave a lift to dropped it. But he would have mentioned that.

I will ask him but atm I am a bit confused as to how it had managed to stay on without losing charge. As far as I can tell working backwards from the time it pinged, he hadn't been anywhere for 24 hours.

I wouldn't automatically jump to the worst conclusion. I'd ask whose it is. DP sometimes travels for work with colleagues.

She could have left it on purpose ? If he has been cheating she has maybe become impatient . I have 2 friends who found OW’s items that they had deliberately left . One was a pair of lacy pants under the front car seat !

Do you mean he hadn't used his car in the last 24 hours at all? Could she have left it somewhere they were out or together and he has picked it up and put it in the car to give back to her nest time he sees her?

What makes you think its a womans phone? You could try and put the sim in yours and see if any info stored on there, so might show an email address or something so you'd get a name and then see if its anyone he or you knows.

Hopefully a good explanation, but yes finding another womans phone in my partners car would most certainly be generating some questioning!!
