As you know I'm not a pervy hairy-handed trucker.

Hopefully you will feel able to answer.

If you were sexually active at 14, can you say anything about why?

No, but I would have been if either of us had had contraception at hand. As we didn't, nothing happened and I ended up losing my virginity at 19 to someone completely different.

Christmascandles · 11/10/2014 21:23

No, didn't have a boyfriend at that age either.

angelinterceptor · 11/10/2014 21:23

No
And not really interested at that age either-

Madamecastafiore · 11/10/2014 21:24

No.

My father would have literally killed me I think. I wasn't even allowed to cut my hair or wear make up.

3catsandcounting · 11/10/2014 21:24

No. I was 18 and a half. And I still wasn't ready! My DD17 and DS15 look like they're going the same way (thank God!!)

ItsFunnierInEnochian · 11/10/2014 21:24

No.

No interest whatsoever.

No boyfriend at all till 17.

RandomMess · 11/10/2014 21:25

Nope, no boyfriend and no boys interested in me!

certifiedloon · 11/10/2014 21:25

No, but became sexually active at 15.

CeeloWeevil · 11/10/2014 21:26

yes.

Mum4Fergus · 11/10/2014 21:26

No, 15 yes...with then BF of about 2 years or thereabouts.

youbethemummylion · 11/10/2014 21:26

No. Heavy petting at 16 intercourse at 18. To be honest if I had a boyfriend who was keen to go that far at 14 I probably would have.

dancestomyowntune · 11/10/2014 21:27

Yes. Because I wanted to be. All my friends were older than me, I was thought to be a "goody two shoes" and it was the one thing I did that no one would ever have expected from me, the straight A, non drinking, non swearing, well behaved girl.

I lost my virginity to my best friends older brother (he was 18) @ 14, we continued to have a "friends with benefits" type arrangement for two years. I don't regret it, I am still friends with him, no one else knew, it didn't interfere with my schoolwork, I knew what I was doing and I have had other "friends with benefits" relationships since.

FranksBobot · 11/10/2014 21:27

14 No but I was at 15. He was a year older and we had been together since I was 12. We were always careful. Relationship ended when I was 19 and he well and truly broke my heart.

No. Wasn't even slightly interested at that age. Could only think about ponies. And horses.

MrsBungle · 11/10/2014 21:28

Oh god, am I the first yes?! I didbt have sex until I was 16 but I was def starting on the 'bases' at around 14/15.

fuctifino · 11/10/2014 21:29

No, I was 18, my twin sister was though.
I think what she used to tell me in graphic detail had a lot to do with why I wasn't interested in boys until I went to engineering college Wink

Oh, and it was literally one guy, not ever my ' boyfriend', just a mate.

BlinkAndMiss · 11/10/2014 21:30

Yes, I did it once when I was 14 with my 18 year old boyfriend. I realised very quickly that this was not something I wanted so I broke up with him and stayed away from boys until I was 18.

There was no pressure, no conversation about it and no alcohol involved. It just happened one day and it shocked me, he wasn't a 'lad' type although I do question why an 18 year old would be interested in a 14 year old - I wasn't particularly mature for my age.

Pooka · 11/10/2014 21:30

No. Not at all.

Firstly, was at a girls school. Plus was most definitely not one of the cool girls I.e. Socialising much out of school with boys, going to park etc. I was bookish.

Secondly, wasn't interested.

First boyfriend at 16 - mixed 6th form.

bluetrain · 11/10/2014 21:31

yes. started 'sexual contact' at 13, went a bit further at 14 and had intercourse at 15.

Yes, lost my virginity at 13. Idiocy / naivety / rebelliousness I suppose, can't say I've really given it much thought.

Giraffeski · 11/10/2014 21:33

I wasn't. Definitely not, and I had boyfriends but never went further than kissing at that age. Ithink I was prob 16 (definitely in lower sixth) before a man got his hands down my pants! At age 15 had a boyfriend who made moves to undo my trousers and I can clearly remember stopping him and saying I wasn't ready for that. Touching of boobs must have happened at some point, can't really remember.
