The bus is never full and you'll find a real mix of people on board, all with the same goal.

To take control of their drinking. Whether that's to stop completely or cut right down.

I'm doing Ok thanks mouse...forgot to pick up my ad's...decided that I felt Okj so didn't need them...'duhh'. So had a wee crash, but am picking up now. Why do I never learn?

On the massive plus side, I didn't drink to cope with the anxiety, which is a first.
