The bus is never full and you'll find a real mix of people on board, all with the same goal.

To take control of their drinking. Whether that's to stop completely or cut right down.

Everyone is welcome to get on the bus at any point. You will receive a warm welcome and plenty of support.

• hello all-

on gardening duty this AM and now aching all over so off to the pool for a swim and sauna shortly ... day 17 going to plan :)

mouse i took dd2 out iwht me food shopping. Not exciting shopping, food shopping. Left precise cooking instructions (take pork out of oven etc). Got back to cold green beans. Burnt potatoes. Cold pork. Windows OPEN and it's freezing. No table set. In fact no chairs even around the table, all around the room, table covered in 'craft'. Humph. He WAS uselss, it can't be all my hormentals can it??

diabolik - when you get back, I have saved a seat for you next to ME at the back of the bus...... just in case JWN wants you next to her, I asked first! [hgrin]

mouse we could swap dh's and see if they behave better at eachother's houses. Mine is 40, pretty handsome if I'm honest and his redeeming features are

1. He can fix ANYTHING
2. Excellent with children

but he is so forgetful sometimes i really wonder if he has early onset dementia

Mine is 42.

He is fairly dishy, huge erm, heart [hwink], own teeth etc....

He is however, Frank Spencer the second. I kid you not....... if it can happen, it will happen to him.

hmm just doing that hungover, know a drink will make mefeel better, know that I have to go cold turkey, feel annoyed that I have to stop something that other people can do type feeling

Knackered but satisfied had a nice long slow swim and a monged out in sauna and steam room for a while .. Endorphins are great :)

Sorry Trin...... I know this is hard for you. You've done it before though. You know you CAN do it.

You just have to get past the first few hours/days/weeks etc.
