I'm Mouse and I've been on the bus for 2 months now and not fallen off it as yet. It's much more comfortable than The Wagon!

Anyway, this is thread number nine!

It was tongue in cheek!!! I am a very considerate driver who has been cut up by many buses!!

However Wasindie thankyou for taking over at the wheel

Finally I get to drift off and contemplate the coutryside passing by.

No smoking on the bus I'm afraid. Or drinking booze.

Cakes and chocolate a plenty but no booze and fags!

nothing to add really, won't be drinking today, however loudly it shouts at me...

Have felt the need to for a wee while, but after a particulary horrible weekend that started out as a quiet night out, it all went wrong - quelle suprise!!
Serious conversation with DP and us both feeling horriblle and moritifed with ourselves - i need to stop, stop completely.
This is horrid
I feel horrid
i hate myself

I did not drink yesterday.
I will not drink today

I am 37, 2 kids, 1 DP
Drinking goes through stages
Totally manageable slowly sinking into unmanageble, Followed by a self arse kick - which leads to managable for a short time again
Am tired of waking up and not knowing when or how I got to bed.
Tired of dreading work, coz of what I may have done or said. Tired of not being able to drink like a normal person.

I frightened myself and my kids on Saturday. My DP frightened all of us.

We have a really lovely life, why the F**K am I so determined to ruin it by consistently being an arse!!

So here I am getting on the bus, and making the decision to stop!!!

Well, the bus is a great place to start, the rest is up to you but we'll support you, whatever you want to do.
