How much does a 3 bed semi cost where you are?

Looking at available 3 bed semi detached houses on rightmove just now, anything from £300k to £675k

500k

Approx 550k

Probably discount most of the cheaper end of that if you don’t want a box room as third bedroom

From £210k to £350k depending on area and how nice it is. SW City.

£120k-140k

Varies a lot within a few roads....slightly different areas.

From about £240 to £600K

Around £200,000

Vast majority of the 3 bed houses here have a boxroom as one of the bedrooms. 330k plus. 400k average. For 3 decent sized bedrooms you'd have to go for a 4 bed which are 500k plus here.

About £500k but some go for a lot more.

We paid £170k last year.
The one I grew up is worth at least £500k now.

3 doubles ie no box room will set you back £550k+

Currently fetching 270k for a standard one, in good order, but not extended.

£250-300k, perhaps a bit more if they're exceptionally nice.

£142 but that's two big and one box (though can fit a double plus large wardrobe, no cabinets/drawers/dresser though)

Between £500k and £800k, depending on size and condition. The third bedroom will nearly always be small.

To add, small boring town in West Yorkshire, but one of the nicest areas of that small boring town.
