Salamander91 · 22/01/2022 18:55

Upwards of £380,000.

TeamBlondie · 22/01/2022 19:20

At least 400k.

MrsM36 · 22/01/2022 19:22

Around the £650k mark on average where I am.

StrongerOrWeaker · 22/01/2022 19:23

In the city itself roughly £200k. In the surrounding villages probably £120-170k

PurBal · 22/01/2022 19:24

Pre Covid, £325k. Probably £360k now. That said, not considered a “great” area. It’s fine but not fashionable. Neighbouring and more popular village at least £400k.

littlebluetrain · 22/01/2022 19:36

Around £160-£200k

pumpkinpieintheski · 22/01/2022 19:36

Same, in the part of London where I live which is considered to be a cheap area (for London).
moveblues · 22/01/2022 19:40

@TheOriginalNutty

Should say that's ex council house.

Non ex council starts around £300,000

I was going to say that sounds cheap for Sutton C!

For 3 double sized rooms 350-600k

Central South Coast.

myhousebuild · 22/01/2022 20:09

€175-€380 depending on location within the county. We're in Ireland.

cloverleafy · 22/01/2022 20:09

1 mile radius - £550k to £1.25m
That's only 3 bed semis, though some of the third bedrooms are very small.
