How much does a 3 bed semi cost where you are?

3 double bedrooms here in a detached will set you back about 180k, semi around 165k

Cheapest is £475,000 most expensive is 1.5 million.

250- 350k for a standard layout 3 bed in my neighbourhood in Merseyside

About £300k, East Midlands

One requiring work at £170k another in walk in condition £230k. West of Scotland

Central London borough
Most of the housing stock is terraces or flats.

£400k - £500k. Not that you can actually buy one here at the moment, they go like hot cakes.

150-300k + depending on style and area.

There are two on rightmove within 5 miles of me, one is offers over £130k and one is £150k, neither are fixer-uppers.

800k for a 30s 3-bed semi, up to 1.3m for a large Victorian one.

London, unsurprisingly.

I just checked our post code only one 3 bed semi and it £1.5 million but also not the usual housing stock around here. A 3 bed terraced would be roughly the same. SW London

Nice suburb of Midland city.

About £250k ish. South Norfolk.

We bought ours for £260k about six years ago. A house a few doors up just sold for £340k a couple of months ago and I've seen a few going for over £350k. Glasgow area with great schools and stock is low with very high demand.

Where we moved from last year, from £140k

Cheapest one is offers over 260k but isn't on the best road and needs about 50k spending on it
There is a quite nice one for offers over 300k.
Most expensive 3 bed semi is £360k but all of the bedrooms look small and it's on a very busy round right next to petrol station. It's been on a while now
