£400k - £500k. Not that you can actually buy one here at the moment, they go like hot cakes.

Ancientdreams · 22/01/2022 17:33

Wafflesnsniffles · 22/01/2022 17:33

150-300k + depending on style and area.

FairyLightQueen · 22/01/2022 17:33

There are two on rightmove within 5 miles of me, one is offers over £130k and one is £150k, neither are fixer-uppers.

caddyshackGirl · 22/01/2022 17:34

£750

North Surrey

piglet81 · 22/01/2022 17:35

800k for a 30s 3-bed semi, up to 1.3m for a large Victorian one.

London, unsurprisingly.

NotNee · 22/01/2022 17:36

I just checked our post code only one 3 bed semi and it £1.5 million but also not the usual housing stock around here. A 3 bed terraced would be roughly the same. SW London

Nutsohazelnuts · 22/01/2022 17:36

£400-450k in my street.
Nice suburb of Midland city.

Egghead68 · 22/01/2022 17:37

scandikate · 22/01/2022 17:37

Tell a lie. I.25-1.8 million (London)
Bagelsandbrie · 22/01/2022 17:40

About £250k ish. South Norfolk.

ContadoraExplorer · 22/01/2022 17:40

We bought ours for £260k about six years ago. A house a few doors up just sold for £340k a couple of months ago and I've seen a few going for over £350k. Glasgow area with great schools and stock is low with very high demand.

TracyMosby · 22/01/2022 17:41

£350-450k.

Where we moved from last year, from £140k

Jmaho · 22/01/2022 17:42

Cheapest one is offers over 260k but isn't on the best road and needs about 50k spending on it
There is a quite nice one for offers over 300k.
Most expensive 3 bed semi is £360k but all of the bedrooms look small and it's on a very busy round right next to petrol station. It's been on a while now

NewYearEveryYear · 22/01/2022 17:42

£1.2m+ SW LONDON
