How much does a 3 bed semi cost where you are?

A couple of folks asked how much mine is
It's £420k in a 'desirable' suburb of Birmingham. Prices vary a lot(!) depending on exact area, proximity to transport/pubs/restaurants and period of property. train station (links to city centre and London) to be reopened locally in 2023.

That's a SW facing decent garden, 3 decent rooms. Decor a bit tired (refurb mid 2000s)

Prices between 300 (not so nice) to about 485/490ish.

1920s house I should add.
