How much does a 3 bed semi cost where you are?

Around £600 with 3 good sized bedrooms. In Essex, 35 minutes commute to London.

Surely this is pointless, because it's so dependent on location?

Semis with three proper bedrooms are very thin on the ground here. One with two bedrooms and a box room would be about £500k, Not London.

£200k in Derbyshire

£550K (poor condition) - £800K (sought after road).

SE London / Kent borders

Lincolnshire, depending on exact location can be anything from £100k to £350k+

About 1.2million. Unfortunately.

One just down the road for me has sold for 350k, very small and in need of work!

Just found one on rightmove in the next street: £475k

Somewhere between 600k and £1m depending on condition and exact location

Would need to go for a 4 bed to get 3 bigger bedrooms.

The three newest listed on rightmove are £475k, £460k and £749k.

The cheapest is £375k but needs a lot of work.

750 for a terrace 800,000ish up for a semi - small gardens front and back no parking. W london although most victoria/edwardian so 3rd room unlikely to be a double but could be a reasonale single or if all doubles generally had lofts done

Within a five mile radius prices range from £160000 to £750000

180-200k. Wow, 1.2 million. In comparison, there is a 5 bed, 4 bath, multiple receptions, detached property mansion and with 2.5 acres of land which is about a 10 minute drive from my house. It is on the market for 1.4 million. I'm obviously up north
