How much does a 3 bed semi cost where you are?

The only 3 beds on the market round here are £260k+ but they’re teeny tiny.

We’re in the process of buying a 4 bed detached in South Yorkshire for less than that.

550k - the cheapest 3, there are other more expensive ones.

About £300K

200k minimum for cheaper end of town. It can go double that and more on the other expensive side. But many still have a box room as a third bedroom even the expensive ones

600k-800k NE London

I've just checked and there's one for 300,000 and one for 415,000 and I have no clue why the difference. Both 3 bed, 1 bathroom, similar size, everything.

Between £700-£800k depending on condition.

Within 5 miles, 120-316k depending on area and size and stuff.

It looks like around £80,000-£250,000 depending on area (the posh bit vs the housing estates), size of property, garden size etc.

*that's in Belfast, Northern Ireland

The 3 bed semis added on Rightmove in the last 14 days in the city are priced at £230,000, 271,000 and 295,000.

Starting at around £380k if I rule out anything with a third bedroom with a wall less than 2.5m long. Yorkshire.

My end terrace with three double bedrooms in a great location is worth far less.

There are some up for around £400,000 but those are in the really affluent areas.

350k approx

East Yorkshire, one near me just sold for £200 k. Good size, 2 double 1 large single bedroom. Large bathroom, 1 ensuite, downstairs loo. Sitting room, dining room kitchen, breakfast room /or office, spacious garden, drive. In very good order, well maintained.

All of our 3 beds have a box room, 450k

750-800k. SW London (zone 3). Usually 2 decent size bedrooms and one pointless box room so you'd need to go into the loft, for another £100k

From 120k upwards

Huge variety from ex LA three bed semis - maybe about £200k ish plus to three bedroom sandstone semis - £500-600k ish and anything in between.

Around £200000

210-220

£800-1.4m in my postcode. London suburb.

A house with a similar floor space where I grew up in South Northants goes for about £250-350k.

850k ish, more for a big downstairs or big garden.

Anything from £250k to about £600k - West Country.
