Good luck Lewei! Hope all goes well for you!
I am so fed up now, I just want her out!! I'm hoping she'll be early like my first, she's 4/5 engaged already so you never know. Am getting loads of braxton hicks every day now. Hope everyone is coping with their last month

GRMUM · 18/02/2004 15:48

Good luck leweii. I'll be thinking of you tomorrow and look forward to hearing all about your baby. xxx

spikeycat · 19/02/2004 09:42

Just to update you all, I went to the hospital for my scan and he/she is not bum first (thank god)! Think its a boy as the comsultant gave some massive hints, and we have no boy names really... Looking forward to it all being over with now, but still a while to go for me (march 14th). My belly button has disapeared (but not popped out) and I have a horrid cough and cold, I just about manage to hold on to my bladder when I cough, I think I will have to do those pelvic floor excercises this time!

Good Luck all x

luchar · 20/02/2004 09:30

Hello LEWEI! Am thinking of you right now and hoping that your little one arrives safe and well soon. Have said a little prayer for you too and am really looking forward to hearing all about your baby. Luchar xxx

M2T · 20/02/2004 09:37

LEWEI - If all has gone to plan you will be in hospital staring dreamily at the little bundle in the cot next to you. I really hope it all went well and I'm looking forward to hearing all about it!

Good luck to you all, I'm very jealous.... I still have 24wks to go!

Demented · 20/02/2004 22:15

LEWEI, hope everything went well yesterday. Look forward to reading your birth announcement once you are home, if you can tear yourself away from your new bundle.

Tillysmummy · 23/02/2004 10:51

Hi LEWEI, thinking of you and can't wait to hear your news.

Anyone else really fed up now ? I still have 3.5 weeks to go and am getting woken at night by bad period type pains now. Funny how I remember my contractions being with dd. But then they go away eventually.

chatee · 23/02/2004 12:09

hiya everyone
well i'm hoping by boasting that i'm now 38+weeks might encourage the little fella to come!!
lewei-looking forward to hearing your news
will pop in again later, lots of love to everyone

morocco · 23/02/2004 17:28

hiya everyone
still hanging around - thats how it feels like anyway - and getting very cross when everyone says 'oh so still here then'!
I'm exactly the same with the period pains esp at night tillysmummy - bit irritating but I guess everything is getting geared up.
very cross with my gynae who decided at the last minute she doesn't want to wait until the 3rd (due date)before doing c section but instea d wants to do it this friday or saturday as she has more free time then- we are not in agreement!! so I'm stressed out but putting my foot down about giving ds2 a chance to arrive in his own time poor little mite.

love to lewei!!! dying to hear all about the little one

happy1 · 23/02/2004 21:06

hi everyone, am getting fed up now, especially as this pregnancy is now longer than my first! I'm getting period type pains at night too, also cramps in my back and down the back of one leg - very uncomfortable. That and the fact I need the toilet about 20 times a night AND ds being up the past couple of nights as he is poorly, is making me very tired! Oh well, not much longer to go now
Lewei, hope the little one and yourself are both well, waiting to hear how it went!

moosh · 24/02/2004 12:56

Have 4 days to go till baby is supposed to come. I hope he does am very very tired at the moment. just flake out while ds is at pre-school and have to false energy when he comes home in the afternoon. All the mothers at the pre-school keep saying "Stil hanging in there!". I too have been suffering period pains during the night and lethal braxton hicks now that almost take my breath away. Am real;ly praying he comes on time. Hope and looks like all is well with you all, chins up eh

happy1 · 24/02/2004 14:24

Are all of us getting these period pains 2nd (or 3rd etc)timers? I didn't get these pains or any braxton hicks with my first pregnancy.

Tillysmummy · 25/02/2004 10:40

Lewei many many congratulations !! So happy for you and lovely little Kristina.

Well fellow Michelin men (like that chatee !) - I am sickening for about my third virus / cold in the last 6 weeks. Joy of joys. Absolutely fed up with this ! Feel knackered and like s**t the whole time !!! Went to bed at 8 last night ! I don't have a life anymore actually it stopped when dd was born 2.5 years ago ! Anyone else sick of people saying, 'ooh don't you look big now, haven't you grown' - deeeeeerrrrrrrr yes well I am 9 months preggers so what did you expect ???!!!!!
Excuse outburst

SpringChicken · 25/02/2004 12:48

Many Congratulations Lewei Can't wait to hear more details when you feel up to it.

Very well done to you

moosh · 25/02/2004 13:40

Really pleased for you Lewei Glad all has gone well, hopefully it will be me on Saturday (if he comes on time).
Lewei has started the ball rolling for all of us now, best of luck everyone !!

Elvis · 25/02/2004 20:26

Fantastic news Lewei.
We have our new arrival too!
Our third boy arrived yesterday, on his due date, after a short, natural delivery (after C section last time)We even got home the same day.
Good luck to everyone else, the end is in sight!
After having a 45 inch waist on Monday, I now feel like Kate Moss (all relative of course!!) and am reacquainting myself with parts of my anatomy I haven't seen for ages!
On the down side, after tearing and many stitches I am typing this standing up, but a small sacrifice.

dot1 · 26/02/2004 08:50

CONGRATULATIONS Lewei and Elvis! Lovely to see the March babies starting to arrive..!

SpringChicken · 26/02/2004 11:00

Why are not posting on "Brith Announcements". I'm sure everyone else would love to hear your news

happy1 · 26/02/2004 13:09

Congratulations Lewei and Elvis! Hope you are both doing well with your new babies

morocco · 26/02/2004 22:51

huge huge congrats elvis and lewei - great news - I can't believe our babies are really starting to put in an appearance - any names yet elvis?
how are things going for you both? hope you still find time to pop in for a chat

my parents are staying with us now and we're all playing the waiting game - every now and then I get a really strong braxton hicks and think 'maybe this is the start' but its always wishful thinking - in fact, I've almost persuaded myself that I'm not pregnant at all and nothing s going to happen - it just seems sooooo long to wait.

no news, just getting bigger . . .

Tillysmummy · 29/02/2004 09:04

Many congrats Elvis. Great news. Looking forward to hearing more from you and Lewei when you have time ! Something im sure that will be in short supply for a few weeks

LadyP · 29/02/2004 10:54

It's LadyP posting here on behalf of moosh (my little sis) who had a baby boy last night just after 11pm. No confirmed name yet, not sure about labour details, although was shorter than last time, but mum and baby doing fine.

She said she will post in the next week or so with more details.

Good luck to those still waiting

chatee · 29/02/2004 16:50
