Don't worry, cebbee- my baby doesn't have a routine to speak of, I never had any hula jeans and my hols are a loong way off- and I think I was ok on the lastb thread...or should I get my coat?

routine; not much of one here either, other than eating and sleeping and occasionally getting dressed and leaving the house.

..in fact what little routine we did have has been kicked into touch by these ABs I'm taking. Bumble has been miserable all afternoon and has had four really squelchy nappies since teatime

Re Ginger DS1 is ginger - very ginger in fact, red runs in both families so he had no chance bless him - he is gorgeous though I love his hair. We call him ginger always have done so when people call him it at school he will not care at all. In fact sometimes he answers to 'oy ginger' and not to his name can be tres embarrasing in public .
Jay is dark no signs of red at all!

Bit manic here at the mo, trying to organise things for the christening on Sunday, have a buffet to make for 140 (we have massive families on both sides)on Saturday, should be fun. Looking forward to Sunday though.

ABs only until Saturday thankfully and they are doing the trick as my wee is no longer like pondwater, the backpain has gone and my utter fatigue has disappeared (and I thought I was just knackered from having a new baby, but it was obviously this infection brewing for a while).

OOh except boobs are so fabulous - has it been a week of fab boobs yet? Both are a joy to feed from, no pain so perhaps pain and probs was just them adjusting to doing a job - surely if t.t I wouldn't get a break like this from boob probs? Anyway just hope it continues because i feel like a new woman

Not thatI can do anything about it. But I don't want ds2 to be ginger. I don't want him to be teased. Like Dozy , unfortunately I do think it is a stigma.
Mind you I hope that neither ds is gay. Not that I give two hoots if someone is gay. Dh's nephew has just announced that he is. His father can not accept it. But I couldn't care less. But I do think that it makes life more .......difficult.

Christening sounds lovely.

Toyed with the idea of naming days for ours, but they are so expensive.

I'm feeling quite strange at the mo, sort of drifting between panicky and numb.. am I going a bit funny in the head? P.evening to day at DS's and I barley said a word, felt realy sad for some reason.

No m today which was a relief. Took DD1 (and im of course)to TC soft play and lunch. had a good time. DD1 wore backpack firmly attached to buggy upon leaving!
