annie my computers being sodding slow again so will have a look at photos later on when it finally loads them on - you'd think we weren't on broadband at this rate!

HC i'd say tough - it's totally outrageous of the manufacturer to say ask you - what if you had given it to someone as a gift??? although i agree maybe finding a bank statement to help the buyer out might be nice, but i don't think you should be obligated to. you could always contact citizens advice - they'll be able to help? or with some banks or house insurance you get free legal advice - they'd be able to advice you on your legal position just so you are aware.

the big news here is we had our scantoday and .................it's a boy!!! so everyone was wrong including the chinese birth chart! except for dh he said all along it's a boy. And we have decided on Samuel, shortened to Sam as a first name - middle names we're still deciding on.

my dad said "what a shame" when we told him as he and my mum both wanted a girl so i told him where to get off . we are overjoyed as i love being a boys mum (although if he had been a girl we'd have been overjoyed too but ykwim).

anyway, must away it's past jacob's bed time but he's really tired so might skip bath time tonight

Sorry haven't been on much. We all had a terrible D&V bug. Bleurgh.

Hope everyone is enjoying the run up tp Christmas I will try to read through as much as I can!

Just before the bug we had some photos done of the kids. It was at toddler group but I took the older 2 out of school at lunch to get one of all of them.

The photos of Leo are

here I copied the thumbnails from the photographer's website so they only look good small.

ceebee74 · 20/12/2007 19:39

Wallace - what fantastic photos of Leo. Everytime I see new photos of our lo's it always amazes me how old they look now!

Lysette - congratulations on your news. Another little boy - how fantastic and Samuel is a lovely lovely name (one of my faves )

Wallace · 20/12/2007 19:39

I've also put one on my profile but looks too fuzzy.

Beadmum · 20/12/2007 19:49

Evening ladies

Gosh ive got so behind on this thread again but have read through them all

Gorgeous photos everyone, unfortunately i cant see the ones that are on facebook as ive not joined that, will have to do that sometime.

agalch - glad you had a good time at your meet-up

maewest - good luck with letting nature takes its course

ceebee - congrats on being an auntie

twinkle - same here with the non - breakable decs for the tree, table and chair sounds fab idea for xmas, determined not to buy charlotte anymore though

first - you are so fab with all your individual posts good luck on the nature taking its course front too. How cute of emma loving iggle piggle, charlotte used to watch that before bed, we only have it on couple of times a week now though as it was driving us crazy i do have to admit to using cbeebies during the day sometimes to give me peace to get things done

snow - how brave of ch, so sweet dont worry about munching all the chocs, thats what this time of year is for

lysette - annoying that you might have to take your rings off, i refused to then was a bit panicked by how tight they were. Ended up with a c-section and luckily just got tape covering them rather than being cut off which is what i worried about. Do they still think they will have to deliver early? How many weeks are you now?

frosty - re ebay - i dont think it is your responsibility, they have purchased something from you, even it is bnib it is still a purchase from someone who has just sold something on. Cant believe someone would come back after all that time anyway, some people

Took charlotte to a softplay centre last week for the first time and she loved it, was lovely and quiet as it was a school day and dh took her on the area for older ones which he equally loved, they were both exhausted afterwards

shes started saying more but still no 'mama' has developed from bada to baba. dont understand as she can say mmm very well especially when the m&s ad comes on the tv. well the food does look v.yummy

Have a lovely evening xx

Beadmum · 20/12/2007 19:52

lysette - xpost, fab news, and what a lovely name

wallace - what a shame youve all been ill, good its gone before xmas. what gorgeous photos of leo

AnnieOneDrinkingSnowballs · 20/12/2007 21:08

Lysette, congratulations, that is fab news, delighted for you. I love little boys too, they will be best of buddies

Beadmum, get yourself on Facebook!!! Lots of gossip and photos. (And a load of crap as well, but passes the day!!)

HC, agree with the others, it's not up to you. BTW all my animals have gone again... it says it was a Monsoon though, are yours ok???
Got some more to starve now too...

Best go, Mimi's crying

lovely photos of leo

FrostyTheSnowman · 20/12/2007 21:18

Hi all

Getting no sympathy on my TTC thread so I'll tell you so you can be sympathetic-have a bugger of a migraine and it is day 3 of it! GGGRRRHHHH!!!!

Lysette-what wonderful news and Samuel is so nice.

Annie-my poor animals all died too so have a new Zoo at the North Pole with just one Polar Bear called Poley.

Will look at photos another time and catch
up properly.

Ref: Ebay-the item would only show as B&Q on my statement and the cost of getting a copy statement will probably cost quite a bit. Thing is, it is like my car that I bought off Ebay suddenly developing a fault but I wouldn't take it back to the man I bought it from. Haven't had a reply back yet.

Love to all

PILs arrive tomorrow evening.

the other news here is that jacob finally seems to be sleeping through! I've resisted telling you all now for about 2 weeks and he's had the odd night with a wakening but generally it's 730ish till around 6ish! although this morning he woke at 530 came in with us and then back to sleep after milk till 845! he's like a teenager already

hi to everyone else and hope you all aren't doing too much!

Blossomingintoachristmasfairy · 21/12/2007 21:46

evening all. I'm on Day 3 of a 4.30am start (Grr) so totally shattered and going to be soon. This December is turning into last December which is a total blur as H was waking at 5am every day. Don't kw what is up with T but sleep is not his fave thing at the moment which is a shame as it IS my fave thing....

Work is great.

Paultons Park yesterday with Santa was fab!

CB Josh is divine, leave hair well alone. Jacob is gorge too. Leo is also a total looker....Haven't seen other pix yet.

Lysettes, congrats in Blue number 2, boys are fantabulous (am marginally biased )

Really looking forward to Christmas if I can stay awake long enough to see any of it. DH's jeep got fixed by the garage, £2000 later!, but is now in the driveway leaking diesel and won't start. He is beyond pissed off.

H had two parties back to back today, and two different soft play centres! And another tomorrow.

Toby will currently only eat if I jump around like a loon shouting HURRAY HURRAY every time he takes a mouthful. Seriously. And of course I then have to do it for H too. Mealtimes are a sight to behold, but at least T ate all his tea tonight using that method...fingers crossed it takes him through a bit longer.

Night all,

Bloss zzzzz

I'd be up for the late night chats too, only I'm so pee-ed off with everyone keeping me awake I wouldn't be much fun...
Disaster last night. Awake from around 1am til around 6am this morning, constant faffing, fidgeting, lots of sitting on my head 'mammy, mammy' and just general frustration. Her eczema is absolutely dreadful these days, I blame the cold weather a bit, also am suspicious it might be the chocolate, I have allowed her some 'prise' from the advent calender. I haven't let her have any today, and major improvement...

Just back from DH's Christmas party!!! Consisting of me, DH, his business partner and his girlie, Joey (doing jigsaws and playing Roary the Racing Car) and K (sleeping!!)
Result!

Bloss, my dear, you have my deepest sympathies. Perhaps it's the excitement of the Christmas... or the chocolate overload as in our case.

Thank G for Iggle Piggle is all I can say...

Snow, Spin, KZ (whatever you like!), hope Chi is better, bless him. Haven't had that one yet here.. Such a brave boy.
J and K are 15 months apart. The proverbial Irish twins...

Right, best go, In the Night Garden is finishing...

HAPPY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE
