Hi all

Nearly better, if only I could kick this gripe and nausea. Bleurgh!

Took Em to the Dance Festival so she could do her Ba Ba Blacksheep routine-I was so nervous for her. Anyway, she forgot everything and made a hash up of it and I was so disappointed. Felt mean being cross with her but I was. On the other hand, the class was under 6's and the ones that won must have been just under 6 and Em is not 5 until July. Felt quite uncomfortable with the whole thing TBH. Lots of girls with mothers doing their hair and plastering them in makeup.

flick-sounds like you are having a busy time but now far more peaceful since your MIL went.

Annie-so, so wish I could get to your party. Bet you have a fun time. Liking the jungle climber Going to my nephews B'Day party on Sunday so off to spread the plague to them.

Maewest-hope there is some good news to report. Hosting a book club eh? Just like Ken on Corro.

Righty ho, had better check on my TTC thread. Have a good evening ladies.

Morning ladies

Here are some pics of Emma at the Dance Festival yesterday. You can page forward and back to see more if you like. Spot her looking to the left at her dance teacher-good job the photographer was stood to the right of the stage or most of the pics would have been of the back of her head.

Ba Ba Blacksheep

Have a lovely weekend.

Morning all

Flick tell your dh to naff off!! After getting some God what are men like eh??

Spin Roshi is sooo gorgeous and obvously a lady who knows what she wants eh?

We have been ill again. Niamh has had a chest infection since the end of February and has had 3 lots of ab's and nothing was shifting it. Was using her inhaler every day too.DH took her to the doc for the 4th time and demanded a proper dose of ab's. GP wanted to give her amoxycillian but Dh asked for a longer dose of Augmentin which has worked a treat, GP admitted to not wanting to prescribe Augmentin at the start because it's more expensive

Then Dh had arranged a hotel and treatments etc for the day for our wedding anniversary and i got the worst D&V bug i have ever had in my life. Was in bed for 2 days with it.Then ds2 got it swiftly followed by dd1 then dd2. So a shite and depressing 1st anniversary, hope next year is better.

My mum (true to form) failed to offer to let us go out for a meal on our actual anniversary,no surprise there then!!

Eilidh almost has a full set of teeth now and eats like a horse. Talks far more than any of the rest ever did at this age.She copies Niamh a lot, stands with hands on hips and stamps feet etc. We just ignore her of course lol.

Well hope you are all well xxx

Wow HC - lovley pictures

KZ - I love that photo, def not a baby any more!

agalch - sympathies xx

Had to laugh at Ryan climbing out of his cot - he must be Leo's kindred spirit. Leo has demolished his. He managed to pull the panel at the end out and escape. We taped it back on and a couple of nights ago we heard a crash from upstairs and the cot was lying on its side broken into pieces with a rather shcoked put unhurt Leo standing there going "Upsydaisy..."

Dh has now screwd it all firmly together, he has alos finally got round to putting the stairgate up, so I think it might be time for a big boy's bed soon!

Hello All

Hope everyone has had a nice weekend.

Wallace, LOL at Leo's demolition of his cot! And 'Upsydaisy'! Bless him. I was thinking of getting K a big girl's bed soon too. Not that she can climb out of her cot, but just because it'd be easier for me when I have to practically climb in with her!

Algach, sorry to hear you've all had such a dose of it. Hope everyone's on the mend now. And Happy Anniversary!

Spin, gorgeous gorgeous Roshi.

HC what beautiful photos!! Doesn't look like fluffed her lines at all! Bless her.

FLick, I'd hardly call you lazy!! What with a three week old, Jacob, and Mr Flick to fend off!! What was Petrus like, isn't that the Gordon Ramsey one?
Hope you got some rest over the weekend.

We had a good one really. Joey's BBQ yesterday was fun, well I enjoyed it anyway! Got tonnes of food, so we'll be eating leftovers for about a week.
He threw a couple of strops though. We shouldn't have told him about it in the morning, as I think he wanted the party to start straight away. So having to wait til 2pm was far too hard for a nearly three year old who loves chocolate cake.
It also rained halfway through, so everything was grabbed and run inside. He threw another one then, and nobody could figure out what it was, so I took him back out in the rain to discover (eventually) that we'd left his ball out there getting wet. Oh dear!
Kayley was going round singing 'Appy Bird-day tooo Joey' all day.

She got stung by a wasp today in the garden. She's ok though. But DH said she keeps going around head-butting things...

This time three years ago I had no children! I was about to go into labour with Joey...
Scary...
