I think all that talk of superheroes made us all a bit feisty

Whew, is it national flounce week or summat?
Seriously, all this is really sad, we're here for support and a laugh. Love, peace and cake, man.

LittleMissNorty · 11/10/2007 16:37

I just want to add my bit (sorry!) - well done Ria and TA on your posts earlier....I also was reluctant to get involved yesterday as I didn't want to be seen to "take sides" but I certainly don't think any of us should justify various situations we are in whether it be the way we brig up our children, what we drive, relationships etc....we're here for friendly chat, ranting, shopping etc....I really enjoy that and it will be a REAL shame for that to die away...

I don't (well I don't think so) judge any of you...perhaps myself a bit sometimes, but not any of you....and if you are judging me....well please don't tell me

daisyandbabybootoo · 11/10/2007 17:05

I'll have a bit of love, peace and cake, man....as long as it's gluten free

DD finally settled down enough to take a feed. She is now sitting giggling quite happily at DS. Don't know what got into her there....maybe teething, I don't know!

derlor · 11/10/2007 17:06

derlor stands at the side shuffling her feet and biting her lip wondering of she has any friends left after her unexplained disappearance?!?!?!?!

OK so WHO TF are you all and what's been going on????

racks brain to think of a witty name change to join in with the gang!!

LittleMissNorty · 11/10/2007 17:07

Hello Derlor - we thought you'd left us.....

(Charlie btw)

Sputnik · 11/10/2007 17:07

Here here LMN.
Now i'm worried I might have upset someone with my flipant flounce comment, if so, sorry.

Daisy I can match you 1 crying baby, and raise you 1 hysterical 3 yr old.

daisyandbabybootoo · 11/10/2007 17:07

erm, I'm sorry....do we know you?

...where you been hiding missus...we were worried about you!

OP posts:
riabutterflew · 11/10/2007 17:08

hi derlor

how's mr derlor?

glad top have you back, thought you might have got sick of being a virtual HV when you're meant to be on ML

I have volunteered to take DS1 to judo tonight. That means I have to drive. Wish me luck!

daisyandbabybootoo · 11/10/2007 17:09

i see your hysterical 3 year old and raise you one stroppy 5 year old

OP posts:
Sputnik · 11/10/2007 17:11

Hiya Derlor. It's been Eastenders meets superman on here.

LittleMissNorty · 11/10/2007 17:11

You'll be fine Ria! Is it a long drive.....I'm gonna sit in front of the TV with my DH tonight and try NOT to keep coming into the PC ...getting a bit carried away I think

upsyderlor · 11/10/2007 17:13

we are all fine - i just took one day off, which became two..........git a bit lost thats all. also re facebook just removed myself after panic reading an article in the telegraph, will re-join there too just with less available info.
how are you all??

Sputnik · 11/10/2007 17:13

I'm folding. Baby asleep, 3 yr old cuddling (all she did was wake up, I mean I know that can be tough but does it warrant a 40 minute crying session?)

upsyderlor · 11/10/2007 17:15

i need a list of new names cause i'm confused....

i'll start..

DERLOR - UPSYDERLOR (not rocket science but catcy!)

daisyandbabybootoo · 11/10/2007 17:18

Sputnik, my DS used to wake up screaming after his afternoon nap every single day and scream for about an hour.....it is very very trying.

Derlor, it's good to have you back with us , and I like what you've done with the name

I think we're all having four month old madness mummy meltdowns at the moment.

Ria...take a few deep breaths and have you got any Rescue Remedy? I find it helps me with my anxiety attacks (even if it is just a placebo effect, if it works, it works)

OP posts:
upsyderlor · 11/10/2007 17:20

???? eastenders superman sputnik???

Sputnik · 11/10/2007 17:21

I was super poo fighter for a while but I prefer being a round reflective thing hurling through space

upsyderlor · 11/10/2007 17:22
