deb If they dont notice they are blind idiots. I get pissed off if dh doesnt notice my 1lb loss haha.
robin D only walked quite recently and shes a jan baby really. She is lazy too, wont give herself a bottle.A couple of times ive tried to make her hold it but she plants her arms firmly by her side and opens her lazy mouth Shock

Is anyone experiencing early waking still? D wakes around 6 but she sometimes wakes even earlier such as 4.45 Shock Tbh she did that today and im having a bit of a downer about it all.I am lucky cos dh is great and shares it with me but im not great at sleeping once im woken and i have an almost constant headache, grey skin, bad temper and i feel tired beyond belief by the afternoon. I cant get much exercise done cos im just too tired all the time and as for D she is so tired and moany all day its untrue.
She doesnt wake all refreshed and happy she is still tired, led down and crying!
Im off to look at the sleep boards but any suggestions?

Hi all , had a lovely weekend at my mums again, dp was away so of course I went home Grin

Well good to hear I'm not the only one with a stroppy baby, A will hit and scratch my face if I'm holding her and she's annoyed about something, and have full on melt downs with tears about the smallest thing, like me saying 'no' Confused

Robin A isn't walking either. She is also a v fast crawler and speedy getting up the stairs but no walking yet. Tbh I want her to hurry up Grin she always wants to get on the floor crawling when we're out and about but it's not always do able, whereas if she was walking it would be easier might regret saying that in a few months

Ledkr I'm a bit relieved it's not just A who doesn't give herself her bottle, another mum looked surprised when I said I still have to give it to her like a baby.

I'm having to use a hair clip now to clip A's mass of unruly hair out of her face, my mum said she didn't like it but didn't know why, she finally worked out that its because it makes A look like a little girl not a baby anymore Grin aww.

Hi everyone else, am on phone and doing a quick post from work, back later to catch up properly x

ILovePonyo · 02/04/2012 09:28

Oh ledkr A is still doing 6am waking Angry but at my mums she sleeps on a little pop up travel cot that she can crawl in and out of, both mornings I didn't get her up til 7.30 Shock I think it was bcos she could crawl out at about 6ish, then crawl back on and go back to sleep for a bit (I could hear her shuffling around) whereas atone in her cot she just cries to get out straightway even if she is still tired. Does that make sense?!

ILovePonyo · 02/04/2012 09:28

At home not atone Hmm

reastie · 02/04/2012 09:32

hi all, a quick 1 handed rresponse. not posted as alic e still poorly Sad . thought she was stArting to get a bit better yesterday then she was sick again . off to see gp this morning as she's been being sick since wednesday Sad . i really think it's side effects from all her jabs 3 weeks ago - if i would have researched beforehand i would have got mmr separately just as it's so much for a tiny body to deal with.

will write more soon when i'm more perky as all this sickness is really getting me down

blizy · 02/04/2012 09:55

Reastie- I hope Alice is better soon. Hope you are ok too.

Yay I have 2 weeks holiday (minus 4 days with baby mindee), the kids are off school for Easter.

Well it is supposed to be snowing, yes snowing here tonight! It has been such good weather the past 2 weeks, yesterday it was 20c an today to be snowing! Shock ConfusedConfusedConfusedConfused

ledkr · 02/04/2012 13:06

reastie Dills had all jabs together and didnt bat an eyelid after. She may just be ill nothing to do with the jabs. Hope she feels better soon.

nods at ponyo as i make a bed on the floor for Dills.

Off to look at camper vans in a bit whilst Ella is at the theatre.

She is being a riht prima donna ill be glad when its all over.

Four4me · 02/04/2012 14:58

Oh reastie I hope she is ok, what did the gp say? Archie isn't his normal self, he had his jabs 12 days ago. He wouldn't have his bf his morning. Just screamed and screamed. So I gave him some milk in a beaker which he enjoyed sprinkling on his highchair. But he ate all of his 'bix. He is only having morning and night feeds now, I'm wondering if he is loosing his latch as he seems to struggle to stay attached. Confused such a pain as I had to express this morning I'm so terrified of mastitis. I'm not fussed if he decides to stop feeding, I'll see what happens at bedtime.

robin I remember you saying one of your hearing aids was broken on this thread, was that when we were all still pregnant? Archie is miles off walking, which in some respects is a pain as ponyo says he ends up crawling around some yukey places, but on the other hand he is my last baby so I quite like eaking out the baby bit.

Arr to the snow blizy think we have some forecast too.

ledkr enjoy camper shopping.

Waves for granny

deb you pil better acknowledge your weight loss, you have lost a whole one of my boys!!!! Grin and they are quite big! You are amazing.

Got the two babies in bed and the boys are having a 'electronic' hour on laptop games and ds. Getting things ready for my Belfast trip. Can't wait to see my dsis, but feel a bit guilty about leaving Tom and Imogen behind. They'll have a fab time with dh/dmother/dmil.

debka · 02/04/2012 15:04

ponyo intteresting about the pop up travel cot job, why don't you try with one of those at home?

ledkr no advice for early waking, S stopped waking early when I put her in with her sister, explain that!? Confused

Ah reastie you must be so worried :( really hope the GP can help. Mine have never had any side effects from jabs, I must have been lucky.

Hmm... wrote all that at 9am, will finish it now, hope there aren't ridiculous x posts!

blizy has AF defo arrived, damn her eyes? How exciting about snow though, v odd, we had lunch outside today and I was wondering if it was snowing in Scotlandia yet.

ledkr · 02/04/2012 18:56

Woooop! We have probably bought our camper.Ill link it later,we have to choose our colour schemes for the inside at the moment its a black floor with either lilac or hot pink soft furnishings. They fit it all out new for you so you dont have anyone elses jubby cooker or fridge Grin

wigglesrock · 02/04/2012 21:00

reastie really hope A is on the mend soon, Anna had all her injections together and apart from a few grumpier than usual days she is back to her usual self.

blizy its cold here we've had the heating on for a good while today and am afraid the girls are out of their v cute gingham summer dresses and back into the pinafores Grin, they are not impressed!

Anna won't give herself a bottle either she knows what to do but then goes but how will I snuggle and pull your hair if I have to hold this bloody thing!

RobinSparkles Sofia lost her first tooth around the same time Anna was born, I was weepy about it Blush

ponyo Sofia does her own hair now and much better than I do it [sob]

debka yes the super duper Titanic museum opened this week, I'm a horribly mean person about it, I mean it sank I wouldn't be building a museum about it, but I am curmudgeonly. RobinSparkles Mr W will go with you to Titanic 3D Grin, he's already thrown a few hints that have fallen on flat.

ledkr yay to van Grin

reastie · 02/04/2012 21:25

Hi all, sorry about post earlier. I don't mean to scare anyone off from having injections done, just was feeling so low earlier after it feels like Alice has been under the weather for aaaggggggggeeeeeeeessssssss. Went to GP today, but tbh she wasn't very helpful. We've got baby gaviscon though to try to settle her tum.

blizy our weather forecast says snow for wednesday Shock - can't believe one day we were walking outside in warm weather and a couple of days later will be shivering in front of the fire Hmm

robin I'll go with you and MrW's to see titanic 3d - I quite fancy going to the cinema to see it. I went to see it twice in the cinema first time round Blush but I do remember bum ache from sitting still so long Wink as it does go on a bit Grin

wiggles apologies if I missed anything - but have you heard re: which school yet?

ledkr yes please do link

four4 Alice is on 2 feeds a day too usually (although has been having 6 today due to being under the weather - forgot how exhausting it was bfing). Are we the only ones still bfing now then on the thread?

reastie · 02/04/2012 21:26

Oh, forgot to say needto says hello to everyone and esp well done deb on the sw (I was telling her about it Grin )

debka · 02/04/2012 21:33

wiggles it's for the tourists innit!

reastie is Alice any better? I think expat is still bfing. I just stopped with Imy when she was this age, I must admit it is lovely not bfing S, that's mean isn't it Grin. Snow on Weds for us eh? FFS. We had lunch outside in t-shirts today, I cannot believe in this snow. PS don't worry about feeling perky to post, we all know each other well enough by now to manage a good ol' ranty moan :)

44me bloody hell, that puts it in perspective, an entire small boy Shock. The scary thing is I have at least one more small boy to lose- maybe a small boy and a toddler Grin [feels really fat]

debka · 02/04/2012 21:33

Aw thanks reast :)

ledkr · 02/04/2012 22:25

wigglesrock · 02/04/2012 23:06

ledkr very nice, am very jealous, loving the kitchen Grin

reastie No, looks like the date for primary schools is 18 April, we used to get it much earlier but think they have pushed it back, its all chaos at the minute, I'm now officially not panicking about it Grin, we'll sort it out no matter where she ends up!

debka You said a few days ago that you were Envy that I looked skinny in my photo, well, I am 2 sizes smaller than you, thats so within your reach and I'm a feckin' ride Grin xx

tadjennyp · 02/04/2012 23:24

Hope A wakes up much later for you ponyo.

Emski76 · 03/04/2012 06:56

Morning all,
Led, will take a look at your van in a moment, have to admit I'm am v jealous!

Wiggles, we find out about Ben's school place on the 20th, I am a bit nervous as if he doesn't get into our closest school, afterschool childcare while I'm at work will have to be rethought! Luckily all three schools I've chosen are good schools. We'll have to hand hold that the week were due to find out!

Reastie, poor Alice, and poor you. Doctors are useless it seems when our little ones are ill. I hope she's better really soon.

Off I go to get the boys up and ready for the day. Catch y'all later

blizy · 03/04/2012 07:10

And it snows..............

Ledkr- camper can looks amaze! I'm well Envy.

Fingers crossed Emski and wiggles for school places.

blizy · 03/04/2012 07:19

Reastie - how is Alice today?

ledkr · 03/04/2012 08:42

ems But just think,w.s.m. will be the nearest beach for us so we may see you often Grin and ill be able to make you a cuppa in my tiny kitchen haha.

ledkr · 03/04/2012 08:44

Oh sorry, just to say D went to bed at 8.30 last night and before that at tea time ate THREE bowls of roast dinner. She still woke at 5.30 grrrr so at least i know its not hunger or enough sleep that wakes her.

americanexpat · 03/04/2012 08:59

I can't believe this weather. Angry

blizy - I was in your neck of the woods yesterday, tried to wave in your general direction but I have no idea where you stay. Grin

reastie - I think Borg is still BFing as well. L stopped in January and I was gutted. Sad Poor Alice, hope she's on the mend soon.

I was feeling really good about losing weight so I did a bit of shopping. I bought a size 10 Boden dress and it bloody fits. Shock To be fair, it skims over my tummy but any comments about Boden and vanity sizing are unwelcome. Grin

L has been clingy the last few days. He's usually fine when I leave him at nursery, runs off to play straight away, but now he stays next to me and wants to be picked up. I hope he doesn't start crying when I leave him. Sad

Four4me · 03/04/2012 09:03

Hope the school places work out both wiggles and em . How is your tooth now em ?

Loving the camper ledkr

Hope Alice is better?

Having a sad morning, dh has taken Joey away with him for the first time. He is collecting (he is an antique restorer) furniture from Cambridge and Brighton. Joey is so excited and all his clobber ready for the journey in the van cab. They are staying in a hotel tonight and going to go out for a meal. They'll have a fab time. Dh goes away loads so I'm used to being on my own, but for some reason I feel really panicy (sp?) that they are going to have an accident on the motorway. Also Archie has refused to feed since Sunday night. He is more than ready to wean from boob
