BIBI i've reported your last post.. you mentioned your local town in it... here's the rest of the post from bibi below... (so if you're reading this before its deleted, no, you're not going barmy and seeing double!)

Am not entirely convinced she meant it, I could possibly just be being mean I didn't place an order there & then as told her I'd discuss with C exactly which ones to order. I suppose if this person came waving instant cheque book & order form then how was she to know I'd be back?? Last time I offer her my cardi for being cold, git

What I don't understand is who else in C* would want her stuff. It wouldn't really 'suit' anyone elses shop iyswim?

Feel free to pop on up, you can sort my account instead of the Jersey ones & I'll pay you in cake lol

HippyHippopotamus · 26/01/2011 08:57

morning all :)

luckoftheirish · 26/01/2011 09:00

How annoying and frustrating bibi [hugs]

Safe flight crisp and don't forget to wave at me on your return! Good luck with your meetings!

Silks hope dd is ok today don't have any good advice but glad that hopefully she is on her way to feeling better.

Hope you are on the mend too hip.

Just found out that the sil who as you know I don't see eye to eye with has got severe pnd Shock Shock

Forntunately for me I haven't had it but I didn't realise it could happen so late? Nephew is 15 months now. Question is what do I do.. pretend I don't text her/call her to see if I can do anything??

HippyHippopotamus · 26/01/2011 09:10

hmm tricky one loti, did she have pnd when she was an evil cow to you? no? then i'd be tempted to carry on as you were. but i'm a heartless cow myself!

luckoftheirish · 26/01/2011 09:21

Thanks hip tbh not sure when it started and think that it could be attention seeking but I don't know don't want to judge and just want to do the right thing!

U feeling better? Xx

HippyHippopotamus · 26/01/2011 10:05

yeah, thanks. not 100% but getting there. we've cancelled our weekend away though :( het ho, dh has promised i can have a second b'day later in the year Grin

how are you? when did you last faint?

luckoftheirish · 26/01/2011 10:16

Aw that's a shame but no point in going away if you don't feel right.

Thankfully stopped fainting! Still getting dizzy but nothing that food cannot sort out!!

You will have to do something special for your birthday at home!

HippyHippopotamus · 26/01/2011 10:32

yeah, we will, not sure what though, any ideas? bugger, just remembered i was going to have a party for my bday this year..oops, i forgot!
glad you've stopped fainting. if you're still dizzy, have you tried upping your water intake?

luckoftheirish · 26/01/2011 11:15

Lol Hip, maybe a party for 4?? I am useless at Birthdays, always get all excited then can never figure out what to do, then in a bad mood cos i haven't organised anything Grin

Drinking 1.5litres of water a day plus copious amounts of tea!!! Smile

blueberryboybaitonSafari · 26/01/2011 11:21

Morning.

Hippy - I saw a t-shirt on holiday and for some reason I thought of you - it said 'I am so crafty I make babies!' It made me giggle, appalling I know but not even I know how my brain works! You can still have a party - where shall we all turn up?

Loti - you need to ensure you keep you blood sugars up, can you add something to your water? something isotonic?

HippyHippopotamus · 26/01/2011 11:39

you're all very welcome to pop over. seriously (perhaps i should check with dh first but i'm sure it'll be fine...) who wants to pop over? this weekend's a bit short notice i guess but hmm, 19th feb?

bbbb it is indeed a great slogan Grin

loti, i'm exactly the same. i think its because i want someone else to arrange it. not necessarily a surprise but with me having minimal involvement. tis never going to happen!

Merlion · 26/01/2011 12:50

Hi all. Hippy bit short notice for me I'm afraid!

Loti pleased to hear the fainting has stopped but please continue to take care. Can understand if SILs pnd was undiagnosed for a long while that could still be there or have got worse due to lack of treatment but seems a bit strange only to have started now IYSWIM.

Silks hope the medication got things moving.

Bibi plain annoying.

I have had 3 full days at work this week as clients over from Europe. Am very tired and missing DS. I also managed to squeeze in my appraisal in which I voiced all my concerns about having too much work which were at least acknowledged. I was also v.surprised and pleased to hear that I got a very good rating (I'm the only part-time member of staff and there isn't much employment protection here so would be very easy to give to someone else).

Star good luck tomorrow with the scan. Hope that it manages to reassure you. As you'll have been able to tell I was much more worried this time around. She (I still can't get used to that) is kicking lots though and bump is getting bigger (no doubt thanks to my reacquired pg craving for magnums) Grin.

BibiBelle · 26/01/2011 15:29

Well done on positive appraisal Merlion - fingers crossed they hear your concerns and act on them.

Loti - I'd be inclined no to be involved unless you were best of friends before the 'mix up' Leave it to those close to her to sort out otherwise you might be accused of being interfering/patronising - it's such a delicate line to balance when helping someone who doesn't wish to be helped

Silks - how are things today?

Shop/supplier has become even more annoying as apparently there is a new shop opening in C very soon and that is who they're going to be stocking Sad I wished her well and explained my disappointment in that I went especially to see them/explained due to C being unable to attend we would pop in an order within the next few days (which I was already to do and was keeping in email contact with her) and that I would write it off as a lesson learnt and mistake on my part from my first tradare fair.

If anyone is interested this is what we were hoping to stock these and the kits to make them

More of a concern it what this new shop is going to be about. We aren't on the main street and haven't managed to afford any decent marketing/advertising as yet. Better get on it - anyone know a graphic designer who takes payment in cakes?

blueberryboybaitonSafari · 26/01/2011 15:53

Bibi - I have to say I really am not keen on those, I think they may possibly have been a little too much for your little shop which is aimed at pretty girly tasteful things.

DD1 has just thrown the most enormous tantrum about wanting to poo at the C hildren's Cent re even though she didn't need to go - we went to the loo 15 times she failed to poo or wee on 14 of the occasions so I left her in the loo with the door open and went for a cuppa, dressed her and we left, she is still (45mins later) harping on about it! DH is being a true a rse and I am tempted to leave him dinnerless tonight. My period is due any day and I am hormonal! Feck I'm friendly right now!

luckoftheirish · 26/01/2011 16:16

Thanks for sound advice bibi will leave well alone as relations are so bad atm and we haven't seen her in months.

Bummer revlosing order but as bbbb said your shops does stock v v lovely things already [hugs]

bbbb I'll match you on the pmt and fractious toddler... Dd2 pressing all the wrong buttons today [sigh]... thankfully my dh is still being an angel Smile

blueberryboybaitonSafari · 26/01/2011 16:20

DD1 has just told me ' you made me cry' I replied 'Oh Dear' and left the room she followed me out and yelled - Don't change room's I'm trying to be cross at you!' It took all I had not to laugh or cry - I'm not sure which will have happened. I hate the post holiday blues.

HippyHippopotamus · 26/01/2011 16:22

bibi, i'm with bbbb, i don't like them either

luckoftheirish · 26/01/2011 16:24

Oh bbbb I am sorry but that has made me laugh Grin... if dd2 says "best day ever" one more time today for no reason I am going to howl!!!

CrispyTheCrisp · 26/01/2011 16:44

I made it to jersey and very cold. Need a jersey Hmm. going ok and off out for a nice meal this eve. Dh has dd2 at home with him and she is apparently being fab Smile. although she has eaten a WHOLE pot of olives so I am hoping she makes it to the potty on time when she needs to go!

Lolol @ minioops Grin

Grrr re the competition bibi. I agree with the others though re the stock, even though I haven't seen it!

Well done on your excellent appraisal merlion and I hope you get a bit of rest now

BibiBelle · 26/01/2011 16:45

ROFL - that's brilliant. Thank you Mini Beeb, you have cheered me up no end Smile Sorry BBBB, I know I shouldn't encourage her Grin
