Albs, exactly what bibi said. I've been away for ages and I've only really caught up this week. And we've been in touch via FB so we've still been in the loop there ...

Hurrah for the college managing to squeeze my teaching on to Wednesday afternoons and Thursday mornings -I'll be doing straight through from 2-5:30 on Wed and then have to get to the city and teach from 9-10:30 on Thursdays, each time with two girls in tow for the travelling there. Expect me to be counting down the weeks. 12 to go ...

RedLentil · 24/01/2011 18:17

Bibi - you're being so hard on yourself ... You're low at the moment, but fight the urge to belittle yourself. You are fantastic.

blueberryboybaitonSafari · 24/01/2011 18:22

Albs - welcome back

Bibi - please be gentle onyourself. As Star said you are not obliged to love anyone, even your parents, unconditionally. I learnt that one the hard way!

Reds - Are you leaving the girls in the car or letting them free on the strees ts to cause mayhem?

BibiBelle · 24/01/2011 18:33

I know I shouldn't laugh but there is a poster implying that I think there is something wrong with girls having a short cut - if only she knew me and DD2 Grin

I think I'm about set on letting her have it done - hope she realises it's still winter [meep]

Blimey, Mondays are busy Confused. Preschool/toddler group/lunch with friend/swimming lessons/pilates

bibi i will pop over shortly

Welcome back ALBS Smile

BBBB I have told DD1 to go and get in the car naked before if she didn't put on her clothes. She relented, but i would have done it if needs be

red hope your work plans all go smoothly.

I have been asked to go to J ersey tomorrow Hmm. I have said I will go Weds/Thurs, although not ideal as DH will have to have one of the girls with him when he is working from home. I can't decide which will be easier - DD1 will do craft/colour (but needs input) and will happily watch films (but then get 'bored'). DD2 will happily entertain herself for ages, have a nap and watch a few episodes of B en & H olly. Think i will leave the decision to DH and then it can't be my fault when it goes horribly wrong Grin

RedLentil · 24/01/2011 20:47

Crispy - she went out barefoot and in short sleeves and came home in barefeet and short sleeves, having walked all the way to the lunch hall and back in barefeet too! She gave in eventually at 6pm after running in the garden for 20 mins and put on socks, then went back outside [bhmm]

PertyPru · 24/01/2011 22:02

Looks good Bibi, you coming to visit and check them out then? Grin

CrispyTheCrisp · 24/01/2011 22:04

Nah, their website is shite as are their photography skills

BibiBelle · 24/01/2011 22:18

not quite pru but I will be having a gallery/shop/cafe/meeting spot [bgrin]

I'll give you a laugh. Once again aided by the wonderful Red, I handed in my notice to the Trust today. Letters were sent to the solicitors/bank and forwarded to the Trust via email so they knew tonight at the meeting. Within minutes I was being phoned asking me to reconsider. If I wouldn't reconsider with those still in charge being there would I collaborate with them in some other way to open another similar establishment in competition to them. Got to love honour amongst thieves [bhmm]
