And the problem is?

I have just deleted a work email that I meant to respond to. Oops

BibiBelle · 23/01/2011 23:04

Bibi, I've just seen this after sending you emails on other stuff so not ignoring all this in them ...

Oh, my dear girl. What a mess. If you need to keep them all at bay for a bit to get things straight in your head then do it. You can always blame being busy.

Keep talking to us here- we do need one of those vanishing threads, don't we?

What a nightmare, Hip. Try to get some rest.

Waving to Pert- some time since we've crossed paths here!

Lack of spare words due to being freezing, tired and trying to get back to the work looming on my desktop.

HippyHippopotamus · 24/01/2011 08:22

red it was gone midnight when you wrote that..hope you got some sleep at some point. has the WH stuff taken off? great if it has but please don't sacrifice too much sleep for it

TS sorry, i can't read your post. could you space out the words a little please WinkGrin sorry Blush

bibi i agree, rant/shout/moan/whinge. we're all here to listen/help/nod sagely/laugh with you

crisp did you find your email? do you know you can recover deleted items even after they've been deleted from your deleted box? shout if you want a hand

after a little hiccup or two at the start of the night until midnight, both dcs then slept til 7 so i'm feeling remarkably refreshed but i think i'm going down with what they had. hey ho, time for a tea

HippyHippopotamus · 24/01/2011 08:23

hurrah, the sleepy dust in P's quilt is working again Grin

CrispyTheCrisp · 24/01/2011 08:25

Thanks hips but I deleted it on my phone. Will check the computer to see if recoverable on there! Glad you managed to get some sleep - we had dd1 in with us from 6, dd2 slept till 7. They are being brilliantly entertaining this morning Smile

blueberryboybaitonSafari · 24/01/2011 08:31

Morning

Thanks Hip - the girls went down fantastically and slept until 6.30 which is perfectly fine by me!

DD1 back to nurser y today - she is sort of excited but a bit unsure. DD2 is on all fours yelling because everytime she tries to move she falls flat on her face! DH looking uninspired by the thought of going to work.

Bibi - It is times like these I wish I was better with words. Keep ranting here and if you want a 'secret' thread to grimble in private just let us know so we can come and find you.

HippyHippopotamus · 24/01/2011 08:32

hmm, sorry, doesn't sound too hopeful
what are dds up to? my legs are currently a tunnel for an assortment of vehicles HmmSmile

blueberryboybaitonSafari · 24/01/2011 08:34

Child1 now running around na ked yelling 'I'm free, I'm finally free' Hmm

HippyHippopotamus · 24/01/2011 08:35

grimble... what a great word!
we've got similar issues here with P. she's really close to going from lying down to sitting on her own and keeps getting frustrated that she can't quite do it
i can't believe E is almost crawling though! time's flying too quickly

blueberryboybaitonSafari · 24/01/2011 08:36

I have just offered uniform and been yelled at 'Life is not fair, I am unhappy now!' How do I stop her stripping at school?

blueberryboybaitonSafari · 24/01/2011 08:37

And appropriately that was post 666!

HippyHippopotamus · 24/01/2011 08:46

oh bbb, sounds like she's hitting the teenage years early! the school will be able to stop her, no?

BibiBelle · 24/01/2011 10:21

BBBB you don't - she'll soon realise she's not the same as everyone else and want to revert back. either that or she'll freeze!!

thanks all for offer of secret thread - I'm not really that fussed. Maybe if they read it and realised what a bunch of fecking muppets they were being they'd stop acting like children Hmm I had hoped that not seeing the girls would have made them wise up but as I'm not STOPPING them seeing them it would seem that they've decided not to bother and are therefore not remotely fussed. Feckers AngrySad

right off to hospital to visit very bored friend on her birthday - her section is on Fri and if she whinges about it I may punch her Blush

OP posts:
HippyHippopotamus · 24/01/2011 10:52

please try not to punch anyone bibi, especially if its her b'day today!

P is experimenting with her teething ring...she's trying to gnaw on it whilst bf. at one point she was feeding whilst my nipple was through the ring... yeouch! game ended... she just pinched me inbetween her gum and the ring!

aStarWithHerOwnWays · 24/01/2011 14:04

Bibi that sounds like a shit situation. Just a thought, and not a very happy one at that, but your description of your dad's random grudges made me wonder about the possibility of dementia. Only you know how much he's always behaved like that, so I'll say no more about it.

How kind of you to message me amidst all your own stuff. I do appreciate it but am going to clam up on the subject until after Thursday's scan, as am just driving myself crazy. Besides, it's not like I've not got enough else to do Hmm

Oh, and children aren't supposed to love their parents unconditionally, so cut that out right now. Bloody hell, the thought of trying to love my dad unconditionally has brought me out in a cold sweat.

alittlebitshy · 24/01/2011 14:37

May i come back? Tiptoed onto the HM thread last night but had not made it here....

Kept away a bit as i felt a bit out of placeHmm but was missing everyone.

Sounds like there is lots of news!

aStarWithHerOwnWays · 24/01/2011 14:38

albs hello! I have been thinking about you a lot and wondering how/where you are :) Good to have you back.

HippyHippopotamus · 24/01/2011 15:05

oi star... send me your address girl!!

BibiBelle · 24/01/2011 15:41

ALBS - please never feel out of place Shock you are an integral part of our lovely group. I hope you always feel welcome to dip in and out as I often do when I feel my wittering on is too much even for me Blush

Star - thank you. I hope you didn't mind what I was saying, it was meant with the kindest of intentions Smile I have phoned my brother and told him I believe he is (excuse my technical medical terms here) loosing the fecking plot. He has however always been an unreasonable git when it comes to being right all the time.

Managed not to punch lovely friend who was very good company and had not a whinge in sight. I really am an ungrateful hateful cow sometimes Blush

Resignation handed in to the solicitors/bank regards the Trust and have phone call from lovely members asking me to reconsider already. Have stood fast and explained I am not happy to be part of a group run by bullies who are supposed to be involved in community work. She has agreed completely and is at the end of her tether too - what a shame.
