Half past 7 you say? Envy

I heard DD2 wake at 6.45ish and bless her she stayed in her room until 'Hippo woke up'. So at 7.01 she came bombing in and woke DD1 by slamming the bathroom door

LOL at your 3 Bibi, i can just imagine DH wandering around, scratching his head with a Confused look and wondering how to police the mayhem, before collapsing back on the sofa and ignoring it Grin

CrispyTheCrisp · 22/01/2011 09:36

....and turning the music up.....

BibiBelle · 22/01/2011 09:41

I felt he did rather well with it this morning bless him! All gone rather quiet now though [meep]

DD2 normally works her way into our bed overnight and wakes me with a few thrashes around the head, some lovely, clumsy cuddles and then a roar of 'Cockle-doodle-doo.' Fecking cockerel next door has taught her the trick. Grin

CrispyTheCrisp · 22/01/2011 10:23

Red, she was doing that but got earlier and earlier and wouldn't go back to sleep and just jumped on us and threw books at our heads. Hence Hippo was called upon Grin. I am surprised how easily she has taken to it for now

HippyHippopotamus · 22/01/2011 11:24

my house is a tip and it's all bibi's fault Grin

FjorgynAndHotWater · 22/01/2011 11:26

Just been dancing round the kitchen with each DC in turn by picking them up and jiggling round. My arms are aching. Need to stop feeding them the heavy buggers Shock

Still feeling cold out too, despite the thermometer saying it's a balmy 6 degrees. I want Spring Sad

HippyHippopotamus · 22/01/2011 11:27

i get my eyes prised open, accompanied by a 'wakey wakey mummy' and a big beaming smile. Tis very sweet but i'd prefer it a little later than 6!

i need a hippo!

FjorgynAndHotWater · 22/01/2011 11:33

6 Shock. Although do vaguely remember DS being a rubbish early waker for aaaages. Now they don't go to bed until 8pm their morning wake up time is much later, but we pay for it with much less grown-up time on an evening

HippyHippopotamus · 22/01/2011 11:35

fjyoorn i got P weighed last week and she's 18lb 13 already! (same weight T was when he was 7mths!) Shock

BibiBelle · 22/01/2011 11:36

fjorong hmm, think i'll stick with the early mornings, no way i'm losing evening times!

BibiBelle · 22/01/2011 12:13

L just came downstairs in her pants demanding to know what to wear (not quite getting the idea of a pyjama day bless her) So I've told her to nip up and get some pink tights, a frilly pink skirt with flowers on it, a pink tshirt and some pink clasps in her hair. A sense of humour failure has resulted in my being told in NO uncertain terms that she HATES pink and wants all black clothing and a cardigan with a spaceship on it because she doesn't like flowers! Insert growls/scowls and glares where you please as they were present throughout!!

Now, can anyone tell me where to find a cardigan with a spaceship on it?!?!
