This is a VERY sensitive subject, I know, but I am curious to know just how big a problem this is

How many people on here have been assaulted/raped and have either reported or not reported it?

I found out that the conviction rate rapes was just 6% . 6% of reported rapes. There are many many many more that go unreported. I want to know roughly what kind of figure we are looking at. Please change your name if need be, but do post.....

me , unreported as it was my husband and thought it would get me nowhere and I was to ill to be up to a trial and it resulted in dd.

I think you have to have been there to understand why it goes without being reported laneydaye.

i was young so may not have believed me, some of it was ritual and would have been carried on regardless of report or not (prob worse if i had reported) and some was a relative, didn't want to upset the family. Still don;t.
