well he was coming with her, but he WILL NOT change a nappy so would be no good on his own. And he gets stressed out very easily so just couldnt cope with the twins running around causing mayhem and a baby too. Simple. And very annoying.

MarsLady · 22/03/2007 16:20

I wish I were closer HM. I'd've had them all for you!

Ok.... who else is near?

(Still curious to get Ash's answer re: his norks! lol)

frumpygrumpy · 22/03/2007 18:11

HM thats such a shame, especially when you are so looking forward to it. You can only (a) go anyway so you don't lose the deposit and take all children with you or (b) ask if you can re-book for say two weeks time and hope they take pity on you.

Lets hope it happened for a reason honey, probably the chef would have a virus and the replacement one would have been dodgy and you would have got food poisoning, anyone with me here

TRIPLETS , the Sicilian Chardonnay is open in your honour and I am currently holding my glass and slurping to you . Happy Birthday darling. Oh my, I might have to do that again.

And again.

Estar, forgot to say I'm glad your sister is taking it slowly. So, so young to be jumping in. But then I remember that feeling and you feel so right in your decisions. A hard one.

started to post about 2 hours ago and got side tracked ...HM what a complete pain for you, my Dad wouldn't have them on his own even now, so not surprised at your's! I would offer to pop down and babysit, but have just managed to get PILs to have our 2 for the night so must take advantage, since its not often they can fit the DTs in, what with the other granddaughter being so much more important sore point at the mo, I'll get over it...

Triplets if you don't want chardonnay I'm on Cabernet Sauvignon tonight, cheers and Happy Birthday

dingdongjustforyoufg · 22/03/2007 19:06

happy birthday to Kelly's DTs tomorrow, love the pics and no, there will not be a photo of me appearing anytime soon

Kelly1978 · 22/03/2007 19:07

don't be so shy, I'm on there for all to gawp at and I'm no Kate Moss

dingdongjustforyoufg · 22/03/2007 19:09

maybe one day for a limited time...depends how much wine I drink

dingdongjustforyoufg · 22/03/2007 19:21

ok, there it is, for a limited time only

largeginandtonic · 22/03/2007 19:25

Evening everyone, a very happy birthday to you Triplets. Hope it's a good one.

HM noooooooooooo, post them here, i will have them all. How far is Harrogate from Gosport? Just take a detour and drop them off on the way Oh buggeration........

Twins at the school disco.....so cute. DT1 is James Bond and DT2 is Doctor Who, complete with mini pin stripe suit and white tennis shoes. Will post a pic if i remember and am not too frazzled by pick up time, hate going out late. It will be so busy too.

Saw midwife yesterday she heaved a huge sigh of relief at handing me over to the midwives in Plymouth. Poor woman had just made an appointment to see the supervisor of midwives about me I am a bit of a nightmare client to have, twins em section and early, dd prolonged second stage (transfer to hospital) and 3rd degree tear, ds#3 2nd degree tear requiring trip to hospital to repair, ds#4 rapid delivery, cord wrapped round his neck twice (midwife had to clamp and cut before his body was born) with shoulder dystocia, oh and another 2nd degree tear......I think even Mars may run screaming from the room with me All at home apart from the twins obviously

DS#4 has gone to bed at 7 for 4 nights in a row...yay!!!! In the nick of time, 7 weeks till the next baby will be keeping me up

If i post a pic i will post and say.

frumpygrumpy · 22/03/2007 19:29

I just took a peek at your photos. Kelly the new pics are great, how did you manage? dingdong, I love the picture of your girls at alnwick garden, you must have that one popped on display somewhere in your house for all to see!

largeginandtonic · 22/03/2007 19:31

Lovely pic DingDong.....DH just taking pics of me and bump, i may post it later. No wine to numb the pain for me though....

HM Dh says no probs, drop the kids over sat morning. We will all have a ball, kids will be thrilled! Wouldnt notice 3 more, quite fancy a cuddle from little M REALLY wouldnt mind at all xxxx

frumpygrumpy · 22/03/2007 19:33

dingdong dingdong you are so easy! I thought we'd have to pressure you for at least an hour or so. I had thought you would have light brown hair, isn't it funny how we all have a picture of what we think someone will be like. You are striking a pose that is close to my heart Thanks for that lovely girl. Your kitchen units are remarkably like mine, what fantastic style you have.

OP posts:
dingdongjustforyoufg · 22/03/2007 19:34

LG&T I only have 2 pics of me pregnant (that I can find anyway!) and neither shows the true enormity of the bump, I'm a bit about it really, almost like it never actually happened, other than the 2 constant reminders that is

dingdongjustforyoufg · 22/03/2007 19:35

I know, I am so easy aren't I, maybe down to the half a bottle of cab sauv I've had so far tonight god know's what I'll post later

dingdongjustforyoufg · 22/03/2007 19:35

knows

largeginandtonic · 22/03/2007 19:36

DingDong thats what i just said to DH, i hate my pic taken so normally run from the camera but im sad that i have managed to have 5 pregnancies now and no photos of the bump. This has forced me to be a bit brave and have some taken, still hate it though is how i feel.....

largeginandtonic · 22/03/2007 19:37

OOOOOOOHHHH I SOOOOOOOO WANT A DRINK.....sorry did i shout that

dingdongjustforyoufg · 22/03/2007 19:39

here you are - I'm sure the alcohol will evaporate en route

frumpygrumpy · 22/03/2007 19:40

So now I can see you in the flesh, i think this with some black trousers and big heels combined with dazzling silver jewelry would look fab for your wedding. I know its black but with your colouring I think you could look stunning. You just need a little shrug thing for daytime and then you can rip it off once the serious bit is done. Go for heavier eye make up and just shine on the lips and you will meet the current 60s trend head on.

AshNotTheHousewaresOne · 22/03/2007 19:43

don't have norks unfortunately, and we're not a lesbian couple (been told we'd make a great gay couple but that's another story!)....a bit about me?...it's in my profile but i'll pop it here save you looking!

I was born in the arse end of the sixties in the deepest, darkest middle of England to a Polish count and a drunken Parisian dwarf alchemist, my early years passed without too much scandal....that is till i was given my first pencil and cine camera at the age of five...from then on, cultural obscurity and art terrorism beckond...Currently juggling my work in arts/play development and illustration (and just juggling!) with being a SAHD to my scrummy offspring...the twin (engines of destruction) girls Amelia Kitten and Embeth Pixie and my little droog Cassidy Capote......

dingdongjustforyoufg · 22/03/2007 19:43

thanks FG, I'm off shopping this weekend with DH, who is surprisingly good at getting it right and being honest so our first stop will be monsoon (who still haven't delivered the stuff I ordered last week )

largeginandtonic · 22/03/2007 19:46

FG you are soooo good at this, i have my sister in laws wedding in September and am dreading it as i will be just 4 months (at most) post baby. I will look like a Heifer Everyone else will have been on their salad summer diet and look stunning. I may line all the children up and hide behind them, in fact there are enough of them to form a complete ring round me

frumpygrumpy · 22/03/2007 19:46

jewelry must be dangly and frivolous, shoes and bag could be any colour under the sun but definitely matching.

Hi lg&t, how long to go? Must be only 6 weeks? Wow, another live one on our thread!

OP posts:
largeginandtonic · 22/03/2007 19:49
