Help.......... Ex related CSA and extra payments......

Reginaphalangey · 29/10/2012 11:54

Can anyone offer me some advice please........

I have no biological kids of my own (yet) but My wonderful partner of 6months has a 4yr old child from a previous marriage,

His ex left him, and since the split he has had 50% custody of the child and has faithfully paid monthly amounts over half extra to the amount required of him by law through the CSA......

His ex however is challenging him that he does not contribute enough...... And over and above him paying extra to her per month, she now expects him to pay half of all extra curricular activities!!!

To me this seems unreasonable, and that she will continue to want more and more from him.....
But my querie is, what do the child support payments cover, and can anyone else offer their opinion on my dilemma??

Should he drop back to paying only the required monthly amount??? And should she be demanding any extra above the figure given by the CSA???

Thanks for reading

GlesgaRocket · 29/10/2012 19:06

Has the original poster been back since Nicky started to give her intelligent and succinct views on life, love, women, slags, work and csa?

PickledFanjoCat · 29/10/2012 19:07

I'm a bit skint with crimbo coming up. Time to get knocked up again.

GoreyClaWsPumpkinHeed · 29/10/2012 19:08

nope, funny that.

ShirleyRots · 29/10/2012 19:10

I think there is some severe projection going on here.

Sad for you nicky that you got pregnant without the man's 'permission' and that this has spawned such terrible opinions of yourself.

You should get some help with these feelings, honestly it's not good to be teaching your daughters such deeply misogynistic principles. Sad

GoreyClaWsPumpkinHeed · 29/10/2012 19:10

yeh fanjo if yer lucky it will be twins with different dads and you can csa lotto crazy, whoop whoop!

Or she's someone who is with a bloke who pays child support and she is very bitter about this, and possibly the fact he has a child with someone else, therefore other women are jealous, bitter, money grabbing slags etc etc.

Either way, she has serious issues.

GoreyClaWsPumpkinHeed · 29/10/2012 19:15

what about a standard mnhq response to this sort of trolling;

Dear OP for future note Daily Mail + Jeremy Kyle = bad data, for betterment of self seek libraries, Jon Stewart + Huffington Post. Please absorb difference between fiction and non-fiction en route for ultimate success.

awaiting wrist slap [hwink]

LadyMaryCreepyCrawley · 29/10/2012 19:24

Hi Olivia. Where's Nicky gone? Grin

ShirleyRots · 29/10/2012 19:26

Why should we get a wrist slap? This is goading, nasty, offensive ill informed, claptrap.

And txt speak. THERE IS A LIMIT!
