Ok lady's lets not be shy...You've done the hard part... giving birth and you were not shy then I bet. You know who you are and you know you want to meet up... so why not add your name to this and tell me where about you are, so we can arrange a meet up.

Morning all (if anyone is one here that is ). Picnic made up, and getting ready for today, thankfully its nice and sunny out there, not sure if its warm though.. Just want to say Looking forward to meeting you all.

MEET AT 12NOON AT THE MAIN ENTRANCE (BESIDE THE SHOP).. I WILL HAVE A COUPLE OF BALLONS ATTACHED TO DS BUGGY WITH (M'S) ON THEM SO YOU KNOW ITS THE MUMSNET MEETING. WILL HANG AROUND FOR 15/20MINS INCASE ANYONE IS RUNNING LATE.

Definitely can't make it. H is collecting the kids at 4pm and I don't want to come all that way just for an hour or so.

But I'd really like to meet you all and also really want to hook up with MNers I know already.....

I'll take it upon myself to arrange a trip to Princes Square again??

Hi Girls! Thanks for a great meet up! It was great to meet some of you and I'm looking forward to the next one. I'd be up for anything especially in Edinburgh which I know a bit so far. As time goes on I'll be happy going other places too no doubt. Very big thank you to Kitty for getting us together! Catch up with you all soon

Firstly just want to say I hope everyone had a great time at the Zoo, I did as did my DS.
Sorry I never managed to meet up with you all again at 3pm, but DS was sick twice and i had only one change of clothes with me, so had to head home as he got grumpy, but until then we had a ball.....

JENNYLEE - Im also Livingston and sorry for missing you.

HERMIA - Thanks for the email and i have relied.

I believe there was talk of night meet up.... Well im up for that, over to whoever wants to take that on board.......

Jambuttie if you are ever at a lose end I could be up for a livi local meet as have already mentioned as am only 10 mins from tumblezone area on bus or from livi in general

Does anyone want to meet at the Leith Links Parents like us weekend thingy in 2 weeks time. I was thinking of taking my two. Am going to try and get tickets for some of the things- like Sarah Jane from Tikkabilla.

Thnaks Kitty17. It was greating meeting some new faces, Soph28, Kitty17, Jennylee - and meeting up with Gomez again. I even met Ja9 at the Penguin Parade (which I mssed while I was talking to Ja9, but fortunately ds saw): she was there with all her family (celebration for her dad's birthday), but had been keeping an eye out for us). Her new dd was gorgeous!

Welcome to Edinburgh Hermia - I'm sure you and your dh will be very happy up here.

Sackache - there was talk of an evening do. If you want to try to orgnaise another one at Behind the Wall in Falkirk, as a mid way point.........

Livingston and Edinburgh is ok for me for a meet up at night, I have to say dont know Falkirk but im sure i could get there ok....Any other suggestions from anyone else ,

Behind the Wall is literally just beside the train station (can't remember if it was Flakirk High or Falkirk Grahamstown - think it was the latter). It was chosen as a central point, so that we could get there by train and therefore drink!

In the event, I think we all drove!

The only negatrive about the place was its smokiness- but of course, that is no longer an issue!

I'm happy to go anywhere though.

cant believe i have missed this meet up by 2 days!!!!! totally gutted would of loved to have met some new people, im still pretty new to this and cant really remember anyone from one thread to another but it would still have been nice to meet up. if you dont mind me asking how many people turned up at the zoo, and could someone keep me posted about future meet ups, i stay in edinburgh but i drive so would be willing to travel a bit.

In the end, there was Kitty17 (+ ds, 1), Prettybird (+ ds, 6), Gomez (+ dh, dd1,7, dd2 2.11 and ds, 6 months), hermia (+ dh and ds, 4.5), Soph28 (+ ds,2) and Jennylee (+ ds,7)

6 adults mumsnetters, plus 2 dhs plus assroted kids. Not quite as many as had said would try and make it - but not too bad!

Talk at the moment is of an evening do and/or anothe rpicnic at the mcRobert Centre in Stirling.

Hope to met you one day!

Jennylee, I could meet most days if you're up to it, twins in playgroup till 11.30 and ds1 out of school 3.25 !!!!!

I'm up for a wee evning meet too, is it dinner and a chat??? I have the car so would most likely be driving, can also pick up anyone from Livingston area if needed too
