Ok lady's lets not be shy...You've done the hard part... giving birth and you were not shy then I bet. You know who you are and you know you want to meet up... so why not add your name to this and tell me where about you are, so we can arrange a meet up.

I'm in Glagow, with a ds (6).

I can do weekends in Edinburgh or Glasgow - or really anywhere in the Central Belt - but at the moment would prefer Glasgow as my Mum's in hopsital and I have to co-ordinate visiting her.

Saturdays, I'd probably come with ds, but Sundays I'd come on my own as ds has rugby. COme to think of it, that also means Sundays would have to be somewhere I can get to by public transport (unless another Weegie can give me a lift).

Kitt17 - a wee bit of advice: after a wee bit of interest, sggest a date (or a couple of dates) and a venue - thne people can say whether or not they can make it - or suggest an alterntaive. You just need to be assertive wehn orgnaising meet-ups!

prettybird · 16/03/2007 14:08

Bump - show Kitty17 that we are a friendly lot, despite our infrequesnt meet-ups!

Museum of scotland is cool idea and the zoo is good too , more of an event, these are good ideas.

gscrym · 20/03/2007 11:24

I'm working every weekend from the 2nd week in april through to the end of May. Yes it's true, my work sucks!

prettybird · 20/03/2007 12:22

27th April no good for me as it is a Friday.

Museum of Scotland was good - there was another, slightly more successful meet-up there last April, where about 4 of us turned up (Twiga and dh, gomez, lilliput and me, plus assorted kids) with quite a few "legitimate" last minute pull-outs.

prettybird · 20/03/2007 14:41

What about 28th April?

kitty17 · 20/03/2007 17:16

Ok, might be getting somewhere.... Zoo sounds good to me...
