Morning all!

Welcome to the second (or third if you didn't ubercamp) week of Bootcamp

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness

And the Weight Tracker

I'm off to Leicester this morning, and won't be back until tomorrow evening, and no idea how much access I'll have to wifi/broadband, so apologies for any radio silence!

Hope you all had a good weekend, and here's to a good week

I broke the stone barrier! I'm still a fat lump, but I'm a slightly lighter fat lump. (And I'm only 6pounds heavier than my smuggo head tilty friend-ha!)

BIWI · 05/08/2014 09:59

Woo hoo Flowers

Brilliant

sassandfaff · 05/08/2014 10:01

can't try dulcolax. They work better than senakot IMO. Supermarkets and chemists sell them.

sassandfaff · 05/08/2014 10:02

Oops not sure what happened there! [ blush]

Grrrrrrr think I have a virus on my phone. I didn't think that was even possible!

Anyway. I started last Tuesday at 14 stone 6 and I've weighed myself a week later ( today) and I'm 13, 12. So that's 8 lbs.

I'm not too woo hoo as my scales are notoriously rubbish and I need to get a true measurement from the gym, but I am pleased enough. [ grin]

Can someone please add me to the spreadsheet including my weights? I'm not sure how this phone will handle it. I could end up wiping everything off. not really because i don't know how definitely not

Congratulations to all the others who have lost this week. Big encouragement vibes to those who haven't.

sassandfaff · 05/08/2014 10:12

Christ. I give up. Blush and Grin

I have committed a cardinal sin of LC and bought a breadmaker! Hmm DS3 is soya-intolerant and it's so hard to buy soya-free bread so I thought I may as well make my own. It's bad enough having a toaster taking up valuable counter space. Oh well, I suppose my children must eat too!

CantEvenKeepAnOrchidAlive · 05/08/2014 11:28

Sure.

B - mainly egg and mushroom omelette. Have had Onken Bio natural yoghurt with cinnamon a couple of days.

L - chicken drumsticks, salad, mayo. Sunday was cheese platter with onions (I was out with a lack of low carb options!) Erm, tuna mayo salads, salmon with lemon salad, belly pork. Salad is lettuce and cucumber with spring onion.

D - variety of veg including brocolli, spring greens, cauli, avacado, asparagus, mushrooms, peas, celeriac, fennel, savoy cabbage, swede. Mainly cooked in butter/olive oil. Sometimes boiled if one veg is cooking in butter. Eating chicken thighs/drumsticks, rump steak, belly pork, sausages, bacon, lamb joints, beef joints.

occasional use of dairy during the day - sprinkle of cheese on salad, milk in coffee/tea.

Drinks - 5/6 500ml bottled of tap water which I top up. Coffee with B, peppermint tea x4, nettle tea x1 or 2 or everyday tea.

I don't think its out of the ordinary? My meat to veg ratio is probably near equal, probably more veg.

Thanks sass I would prefer to avoid these things as I realise it will cause me to lose water but I'm near wits end to be honest.

miffy49 · 05/08/2014 11:44

You made need to resort to something off the shelf Cant just to get things moving. Especially as its now causing you pain. Once you've been you can look at better ways to keep things going such as a fibre supplement of some kind. Theres not always enough fibre in veg even when you eat a lot. You need some way to get water to hold in your gut so maybe something like psyllium husk or Fybogel that will add bulk and keep things soft?

SchroSawMargeryDaw · 05/08/2014 12:47

68kg! I am finally breaking through that 150 mark, even with the almond flour, fake sweet stuff etc. I am so chuffed and was not expecting it.

trinitybleu · 05/08/2014 13:00

Weighed in and have stayed the same. Not bad considering I was up 3lbs on Saturday.

CantEvenKeepAnOrchidAlive · 05/08/2014 13:14

Thanks miffy I'll look them up.

miffy49 · 05/08/2014 14:13

Great stuff Shro! I do fully understand where you are coming from with the substitute foods and the sweeteners but sometimes they save you from a worse binge. Often, in the past, I've found that letting up a bit is enough to start the pounds dropping again. It hasn't worked for me this time but maybe its doing it for you. Its just about not pushing it too far! Grin

miffy49 · 05/08/2014 14:16

When I weighed in this morning I was slightly up on last week but I do weight daily and record it on Libra and that is actually showing that my trend is just under a pound down when you spread it over the week. Better than a poke in the eye! Grin

Firsttimer7259 · 05/08/2014 14:18

Scale up a bit this morning - prompting me to start the 30 Day Shred, which I've been meaning to do. Going to do different work out each week - should do me good plus its nice and short! Also need to stop cheese feasts!

SchroSawMargeryDaw · 05/08/2014 15:41

Miffy True, maybe it reset things a bit.

First I've been trying to do 30DS as well but haven't had time the past couple of days.

B- No breakfast

L- pulled ham salad with roule and a beef kofta kebab (DP got them and turned out to be 6 carbs each, found out after I had one), sour cream.

wombat22 · 05/08/2014 16:05

Food for today

B: Sugarfree Gammon/Ham chopped into chunks with hm mayo dip. BPC
L: 2 chicken thighs cooked in coconut oil with courgette, shallots, cauli, a
little tinned tomato and half an aubergine
D: Will be lamb steaks with a fried egg
Not enough water again but I'm working on it Grin

ImATotJeSuisUneTot · 05/08/2014 16:40

I picked up a very reduced piece of pork belly today.

Tea was already planned, so have roasted the pork, eaten the crackling (Grin) and set the rest aside for tomorrow's tea. I'm going to do a pulled pork lettuce taco type thing. Smile

Today's meals,

B- BPC and a cheese spinach omelette

L- 2 chicken kebabs off Morrisons ovenfresh dept. (just marinated and fried chicken basically)

D- Chilli Beef Stir Fry.

pregnantpause · 05/08/2014 16:59

I've lost 7lbsGrin but am struggling today. However much I eat I feel empty. I suppose it's because I'm not hungry really, these are cravings.

Starving ( I think) now, going to have a cheese and meat board to try to satisfy me.

B- scrambled eggs
S- couple of spoons of prawn mayo
L- egg fried cauliflower rice
S- hard boiled egg and butter
D- meat and cheese board

BIWI · 05/08/2014 17:01

Not much veg/salad going on there, pregnantpause! But well done on the loss so far

OP posts:
readyforno2 · 05/08/2014 18:10

B - coffee with cream
L - chicken legs with salad
D - mince with shallots, carrots and mushrooms with mashed cauliflower

I am stuffed!

SchroSawMargeryDaw · 05/08/2014 18:10

DP is making dinner (Asda awesomeness again):

Tequila piri piri ribs
Buffalo wings
Portabello mushroom with stilton and leek. :o

I was going to make cauli and cheese as well but that's too much food.
