just wondering if this has been done before...

I have 2 Dcs (2 & 5) and am bringing them up by myself (H allowed to have phone contact only due to his fuck wittery {I love that phrase Blush Grin})

Sometimes its soooo hard doing it by myself Sad

DS had parents evening today and although his comments from teachers were fab most all of the other parents were couples.

Sometimes it hits me that I have to do everything myself Sad

Well i've perused loads of them now.. i'd say Match has the best selection, but boy, do you have to weedle out the 'players' Wink

Ask your mum,she can say no if she wants..anyway next weekend is March, Italy is April (yes?)and re-union is May..therefore one lot of babysitting per month-not too bad eh?

I want to know how naughty Scorps is getting on too.

simpson · 19/03/2011 23:07

yes scorps where are you????

Is Match one you have to pay for??

Am at my mum's for sunday lunch tomorrow so may drop hints Grin

Especially as she now does not look likely to have to have kids the weekend H was supposed to be coming over Hmm

OP posts:
Jellykat · 19/03/2011 23:21

Yep you have to pay, so i think it's best to browse lots before you commit your £££s.
Did see a firefighter on one, quite 'handsome'..
bet he's got a mahasssive hose Wink

Yes to hinting tomorrow! Smile

simpson · 20/03/2011 19:28

Ooo all disorientated.. MNHQ has moved this bit around (spring cleaning?), and it feels like walking in a new pair of boots Smile

How'd it go simps?

bH - Oh please don't feel like that, you can do no more then your best !! I for one think what you're trying to do is right for you,and you'll feel that at the weekend.. you're probably getting knackered and it's making you wobble.. Early night tonight! Grin

simpson · 22/03/2011 18:42

DD's dietician appt today thinks we should brave it and try her with a small peice of cooked cheese

But can I have a proud moment??

Just got back from DS's parents to b told he is exceptional and top of the class Grin Grin

Also fit gardener rang this eve and wants to start work in the garden on thursday

OP posts:
Jellykat · 22/03/2011 19:20

Good luck with the cheese!!!

Yay, clever boy! another confirmation that you're doing a grand job there simpson Grin

I too am making headway at DS2s school but have to keep researching policies / precedures and national guidelines, to kick them up the arse .. Other mums just swear and shout which gets them nowhere. Hmm

Yes to fit gardener!!! Best 'frock' is it for Thursday then ? Grin
