Hi.. I'm starting my third round of ivf First didn't stick second did an ended with a miscarriage.. I'm about to have my third round so throught is start a thread if anyone would like to share there journey or is awaiting ivf. Etc. Let do it together. I was on a thread before an really helped.

I've got to have another procedure next Friday then have to wait 4-6 weeks for my period then can start x

Hey! All good. Feel like I’m just waiting really. AF started Friday morning so 4 weeks (all being well) until I’m on the meds for my first cycle. How are you? x

Still just waiting. Got my consents appt next Wednesday then mock transfer the Tuesday after. Was a little disappointed to find out that having the mock transfer means we definitely can’t try naturally this month.

What is a mock transfer?

That's a shame have you got any Frozen? It's just all such a long process isn't it so many hurdals xx

No this is my first cycle - never been through any of this before. I’m having a mock embryo transfer before the real one because I had a problem with my HSG test - my cervix kept pushing the catheter out. So they want to make sure a transfer is possible before we get to the day and everything is ready and then they find they can’t do it.

@MF1981 aw ok. Mine did that she said it sometimes does as it's something unusual in the body an the reaction is to push.

I hope you don't mind me hopping in here, I'm not 100% sure when I will be but just got an appointment through the door for 26th Nov for discussing treatment plan (NHS). Anyone any experience with how quickly things move after that?

I’m ok - I really freaked myself out yesterday with the injection how to videos. I just don’t know how I’m going to it! x

Also having a wee freak out because I had programmed my brain into thinking of March next year for things to even start (just like this appointment) so it's taken me by surprise today. Still excited though!

I'm thinking maybe it will be after Xmas though.
