i have found the holy grail of steam mop contratpions - i will kindly share!

its a 9 in 1 steam mop and it is the most fun ive had cleaning in ages! my home is now hygienically steamed....no mean feat with dogs, cats, rats, kids....

its this one

its fab.
its got emulsion of window frames, the cupboard fronts were so easy it was a joy, the hob, the stainless steel splashback, the fridge, the floors, the tiles, the shower door.....all sparkling and done in seconds.

it was a cleaning revelation.
im now addicted to steaming stuff....including my thumb...which is dont recommend cos that hurts.

i just run the attachments under hot running water straight away - any gunk comes off.

Obviously you haven't seen the state of my oven !!!

Thanks Vicar. Do you hold the button down all the time or just little bursts?

i hold it down until i get a good blast of steam going then let go, then hold it down again for a few seconds again until another good blast of steam....i keep going like that. all of a sudden you will get a huge puff of steam every now and then - i take my finger off the button and let it recover a bit before hitting the steam again.

Beautiful downstairs floors today. Even if my mop vanishes in a puff of smoke it was worth the cash for what it's done so far. Vicar thank you

happy steaming everyone. glad the majority find it as good as i do. There probably are better models out there but for the price i think this one is just fab.

now....how do i mend the interior of my microwave? i got slightly trigger happy.....

Actually I'm not sure if I should be excited or depressed because I'm excited about a steam mop .

oh is very exciting.

i did my bathroom tonight. i did the tiles, the taps, the sink, the floor and the loo (i so love watching what comes off those loo seat hinges!) and when i sat on the seat later for a wee the seat felt so clean!

its ridiculous that i can love a cleaning product so much....and ever so slightly sad.....
but i do love it and i cant help myself!

I didn't get the one you recommended as I don't have lots of hard flooring so went for a Hoover steam cleaner with multiple attachments but I would never have thought of getting one at all otherwise!

I have just steamed every inch of the bathroom and it looks better than it did when we moved in 6 years ago. Very happy!!

Finally got to use it and it's great! It does lino so quickly with amazing results!

Used it today to get the grime out from where the toilet base meets the carpet (carpeted bathrooms are horrible!), worked a treat.

Hello, Indith under a name change here.

Dh missed the delivery . I assume it is the steam mop anyway, I don't know what else it might be. Parcel Force parcel so waiting at the post office. So he missed it Friday, then he didn't go to the post office Saturday either (I was working). Humph. So he will be picking it up on Monday instead so I have to wait until Monday night to play! If he doesn't pick it up I'll kill him.

I'm catching up on this. my floor steam cleaner has broken. Can I justify the money on this one?

It's okay as a floor cleaner. The hand held bit isn't as quick and efficient as e-cloths though.
