It's a no here but sitting on four other offers so hopefully that will temper the disappointment. Good luck to everyone x

Sorry Majority, but excellent position with 4 offers. I'm expecting a no for DD, but have framed it in that any outcome is good as she's in a strong position with other offers. x

Good luck to everyone today...we were waiting on Cambridge this time last year (happily successfully) so I completely empathise with all of the nerves today. 🤞

DD got an offer but for a college she wasn't interviewed at!

Sending positive thoughts for everyone today, and huge congratulations, of course, whatever the outcome. All our children are amazing :)

DD is asleep here (inset day), so the torture may continue for some time!

DD (who is currenly away doing an art foundation) is still asleep I think. Resisting the urge to text her

For those who didn't get Oxford offers - this is still a great deal and I'm sure they'll all do well wherever they land.

Still waiting here so no idea which bucket we fall in

DS2 has an offer, for Engineering. Very pleased here. He got the news from UCAS - doesn't seem to have an email yet.

Thoughts with all the kids and parents who get disappointing news today. I was very much expecting a rejection. It's such a massive gamble, to stick your chin out and be prepared to roll with the punches. Brilliant life experience although it won't feel like it today.

Well done to all new offer holders. For those that have had a no I know today will be tough but hope as the days go on that all the DC will know that their worth is not defined by this and that they will go onto do amazing things. We are still waiting.
