For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

it was quite upsetting
it was odd and unsettling

and Werner Herzog being all doom and gloomish and WEEPING

I thought it was going to be a little cute story about some bears and a loveable eccentric

UnderRated · 13/04/2008 22:33

OOooo, hello

Is it the one where the bear eats him and he drops the camera and it records it all?

Lets post a lot and have mangoes on our next thread.

I am eating an odd concoction of bean sprouts, mushrooms and black beans sort of stirfried.

Barley Risotto and Red Cabbage soup on the stove.

UnderRated · 13/04/2008 22:36

They hold hands and the laugh, stuffit.

IdrisTheDragon · 13/04/2008 22:50

UnderRated · 13/04/2008 22:51

IdrisTheDragon · 13/04/2008 22:55

They are accountancy papers for an accountancy training college. Not for the qualification I did, but as I have the questions and the answers I am all righ .

Just should try to not leave it until the last minute...

UnderRated · 13/04/2008 22:57

It's cold but nice out. I think it's goiung to be warm this week - maybe even 70s. (Don't know what that is in normal money)

IdrisTheDragon · 13/04/2008 22:57

70s is normal money (to my brain which doesn't do degrees C )

TooTicky · 13/04/2008 22:59

No more snow?
