just reminded me I started this thread waiting to reach a goal of 10.8. In 2 pounds away from that and going to make it in the next 2 weeks (I’m telling myself).
but ultimately think I’m aiming for 10.3 now

today has gone to plan and doing nothing tonight. Tmrw will also be a low carb low cal day.
I know Sunday is gonna mess it all up and I’ll spend Monday and Tuesday trying to shed the water gain from Sunday! But I’ll do an extra long HiT on Sunday to compensate so damage isn’t too bad

I was 10:9:5 this morning
Want 1lb off by next Friday so 10:8:5

Plan is to kind of try to get this funk out of my system this weekend to have a bit of a reset week next week.

Had a bacon egg and cheese roll and have a cinnamon bun for later.
Not sure on dinner but intend to have a wine this evening.

I don't want to go crazy but hoping a bit of indulgence will set me up for being strict Mon-Fri next week.

I'll still try to go to the gym this weekend as I am actually missing it.

I went over cals today but I did a HIT and I ate no carbs really so hoping I’ve maintained at 10.9.2 I had wanted to be 10.9.5 for tmrw so I’ll be happy with that too.

Tmrw will be hard I’ll end up with a gain on Monday but such is life!

Hey hey :)

I weighed at 10.7 Friday which I was disappointed with initially but it's 1.8lbs off in the week (just wanted a big loss post holiday)

But actually I feel in a good place! Still want to see 9s13 and don't want to see the scales increasing but I also feel pretty content and accepting of my body right now which is a nice (and unusual) place to be :)

This weekend has been lovely!

Fasted and 1 meal Friday but then BF bought all the treats for the cinema
Saturday, cooked breakfast, roast dinner and movie snacks (zero guilt)

Plan today
Fast
Chicken tikka and veg
Dessert

1 off this week would be good :)

Well done Jelly that's fab and pleased to hear your happy with where you are at the moment. Not too much further to go and you're really getting back into the swing of things.

I've had mince pie, savoury treats and currently considering having a wine with dinner.

Will weigh tomorrow and see what the weekend damage is

today was full of
pasta
pizza
crisps and puddings for a very large family celebration. The scales will be awful tmrw even my intense 30 min HIT won’t have helped! But that is life. Aim is to get back to 10.8.8 by wed am . And be 10.8 on Friday

I think that's a great approach @Smartmove - Weekends and celebrations will never go away so learning to enjoy them within your own limits and quickly drawing a line and moving on is key.

Hope the celebrations were lots of fun.

Was a relatively quiet weekend this end but not complaining as the diary is quickly filling up with socials in the lead up to Christmas. Have a party on Saturday and thinking about driving, although I know when I get to the day I'll probably change my mind!

Reset week this week, need to get my head in the game - I want to lose a few pounds which will inevitably go on over Christmas.

10:9:7 today
10:8:5 by Friday is the current goal (although would actually love 10:8)

Plan
Increase water
Gym at least three times
No chocolate - snack on fruit if needed
Two meals - lunch and dinner only
Try to drop / reduce sugar in coffee

I was back to 10.10 today which has made me feel really depressed which is ridiculous really as it’s 1.5 on but psychologically I’d like to be closer to 10.7 than 11 😂
Only thing to do is to try harder this week. Egg and ham bagel so far and won’t eat until dinner. No alcohol until Friday and swimming twice this week.

Decided to fast from 4 because I just wasn't hungry.

Then ate a roast dinner because it was left over
And some yoghurt, fruit and berries

I don't think your day was a complete write off Jelly.

I had soup for lunch. It's so boring but I could eat it for lunch every day. It's so warming too.

I had lasagne and veg with a small baked sweet potato for dinner.

Also did an hour workout at the gym.

10:9:3 today - would be nice to see an 8 on the scales tomorrow.

Hey guys
well after going wild on Sunday it continued yest! But all the cakes biscuits and everything has been eaten!
I ended up being 10.12 today!!!!! Not even sure how that’s possible? That’s 3.2 gain in 2 days? My AF can’t today so I’m hoping that explains it.

Plan is to go low carb and low cal again and get that off ASAP. I wanted to be 10.8.5 for Friday

Writing on her for accountability but the sugar cravings continue. I honestly shouldn’t open the box. I’ve managed to not have alcohol over the weekends since returning but sugar seems so much harder

im promising myself ten free days of sugar . I know I can do it and I’ll prob get to much closer to goal too…just ten days for now as then it’s my anniversary and have a lavish meal planned!

Greek 0% far yogurt and fruit for breakfast
Lunch is mackerel on toast
Dinner will be chicken and veg or something low carb like that

Trying to not put sugar in my coffee it's 50/50 at the moment

AF today so putting weighing till Friday! I'll be relieved to stay the same with the constant gingerbread grazing

Gingerbread (lots)
Duck breast, steamed veg and noodles
Little more gingerbread
Mint biscuit

Brushed my teeth at 6:30pm to close the kitchen

I am going to do my first 24 hour fast tomorrow

Plan on eating 11-12 and then fasting until the following day

Or just fasting until 6:30 tomorrow

Will you allow water / squash / tea / coffee to keep you going?

What are you eating before starting the fast?

Will you avoid exercise or anything too energy consuming?

My day went well yesterday. I'll weigh when I'm up properly.

Weighed at 10.6 today

I am trying to decide whether the do 6:30 last night to 6:30 tonight or have food at 11 today and fast till lunch tomorrow.

I'll have coffees and water. The coffee will have MCT in which is fat so that should help!

Hoping to be re-energised and renew some cells with a 10.5 tomorrow 🤣
