In at just under 900 today. Ended up needing milk in my coffee to keep me going.
no steps though….hoping I’ve got 1.5/2 off overnight….

Well done @Chunkymonkey123 - what is the secret to your success at the moment? Are you feeling extra motivated to keep going?

@Smartmove sounds like a good day.
I had soup for lunch and chicken with salad and small sweet potato for dinner. Managed to avoid any other snacks and treats. No gym in fact I haven't left the house today.

Hoping a bit off to get the momentum going and to lose the bloated feeling.

10.11 so one off overnight. My carbs were a bit higher as would have expected a bit more off but anyways! Today

yoghurt raspberries walnuts
halloumi bake
grilled chicken and avacado
850 day. No milk in coffees!

10.6.8 today! 850 yesterday.
The only real secret is I’ve been less than 1000 for 8 days now and didn’t have the weekend off.
I’ve got my Christmas party on Friday and I feel so rubbish in all of my clothes I’m not really looking forward to it which is silly I know.

@Chunkymonkey123 you're a great weight and I bet your outfit looks lovely. What are you planning on wearing? Would sucky in pants make you feel any better? Well done for staying consistent over the last week. It's clearly paying off.

Well I am having a terrible week!

Didn't fast yesterday and ate about 7 pieces of fruit toast! I am mid cycle and want all the carbs and feeling a bit moody so just gave in yesterday! I'll do a 24 hour fast today to reset as I am away tomorrow for the weekend and I'll just go full Xmas piggy!

Weighed in at 10s6.8 on Monday so I think that done my head in!

I'm 10:9:9 today, pleased to see that 9 this morning.

I've already had a crumpet and coffee as was hungry this morning. Lunch will be soup and will try for a light dinner.

Lots going on from tomorrow until Sunday so no doubt the rollercoaster will go back up again soon!!

I know we are barely into December but I'm sure we will all be ready for January when it comes around. Just need to enjoy this month for what it is.

I caned about 12:39, was having a very flat and hormonal day! I feel so flabby and fed up but I also know it's the b*stard hormones

12:30 had ham salad with coleslaw and jacket - loved it!!
4pm stir fry pot and veg. No carbs
1 ferrer Rocher

All in all not a bad day! Kitchen closed early!

Long drive tomorrow so will pack some healthy nibbles!

I'm not weighing its not good for my mental health this week 🤣

I wish I could ditch the scales from time to time. I may try to do that more in the new year: even if just every other day. It's like a bit of an addiction I think.

Was good all day until after dinner had a bit of pudding. I do feel bloated today.

I was 10.6 this morning, not going to weigh tomorrow in case I’m up and it puts me in a bad mood for my night out!
I agree to enjoying December when you can (without giving up every day) and being back on it properly in January when life is more boring anyway!

I'm 10:11:2 today!!

Clearly not eating right and not exercising but it's the weekend and I have a social tomorrow so weight is not going down anytime soon.

It's strange as only a few pounds heavier but feel so bloated for it and like my dress that I want to wear doesn't fit as nice.

I didn't weigh today. I'm not sure how my food will pan out over the weekend.

Next week is clear and next weekend doesn't have much going on either. I think I'll just see the damage on Monday and go for a decent week - my body needs it!

so today is restart. I’m totally clear till next sat night . Aim to be

10.7 by next sat which is my water bloat from last 2 days and 2 pounds so gonna have to really focus. It’s my last long run pre Xmas so should be good!

How has your day been? I'm up for a good week Monday-Thursday and I'll try to stretch it into the weekend if I can.

10:9:7 today - up and down like a yoyo

If I can get to 10:8:5 by Friday I'd be happy.

Need to get back to the gym next week.

Hi all. Sorry for radio silence I have been staying in my sisters for a long weekend with lots of activities!

I am logging for accountability and drawing a line (again)

Thursday - long drive and lots of car snacks / sandwiches and burger and chips for tea!
Friday - day out all day but fasted till 1 and chose a jacket potato then tacos for tea (chocolate snacks)
Saturday - exercised and tasted till 12. Then had eggs, avo, sausage and pistachios. Some celery and humus later but dodged an American diner tea and a takeaway
Sunday - long drive home but fasted till 2 (probably a 24 hour fast too) then had a simple roast dinner and some fruit toast. Had a mindless cornetto and the kitchen closed at 6pm

Tomorrow I am home, working and no excuse not to eat healthy! AF tomorrow which has made the last few days difficult.

I have no real reason not to be 80% on plan until 23rd so that's the plan :)

Last weigh in was 10s6.8 - anyone's guess as to where I am! I'll rip the plaster off tomorrow x

Hello all! I am out for lunch today so will weigh in tomorrow and then clear for the week so will try for a good one. I’ve got a posh dinner on the 22nd and the dress I want to wear is a bit tight so that can be my motivation.

I’ve not weighed but feeling bloated and like I want to give up for Xmas! Really struggled to stay on plan today. aimed for 900 ended on 1200. Aim tmrw 900 but half heartedly saying that!

I've had a reasonable day

Protein yogurt thing which isn't actual yogurt it's flavoured low fat soft cheese. Bit weird but 25g of protein for 150 calories.

Beef sandwich for lunch.

Fish, cabbage and roast potatoes for dinner.

I've abstained from pudding even after watching masterchef

Managed a workout too which I feel loads better for
